Your boat accomodation that includes FREE private parking sits just a short walk up the pontoon of an private marina in Lymington. It will offer you a fully kitted out kitchen including oven, hob, microwave, fridge and wine fridge. You'll be impressed with the space and Top deck never fails to impress. The views will carry your eyes out over the Yarmouth on the isle of wight.
We dont just offer this luxury accomodation alone... You can add an exciting charter and go explore the solent with a private skipper and waitress. We'll serve you lunch and top up your drinks which is all included. You can private charter with up to 12 guests so if you have a special occasion and want experience this unique way to celebrate or just make some summer memories then get in touch.

Check in is between 16:00 - 18:00 and check out is 11:00. We ask that you contact us on the day of check in to arrange your ETA. Failure to arrive between the specified time will result in no access or a £50 charge. iI you require a later or earlier check in, please get in touch for additional fees for this.

Our award winning marina offers you a super cool and very chic chilled atmosphere. Lymington itself is a historic market town and boasts beautiful buildings, cosy pubs and ultra cool wine bars. Something for most can be found here.

If you plan to stay local then your feet should serve you well however explore a little more by bike or enjoy further afield by car. FREE parking is included. Lymington has a train station and good bus links. You can even catch a wight link ferry to the Isle of Wight. If travelling to us by car its worth pointing out that Lyndhurst a small village gets busy in the high season so best to leave extra time for your travels.

Please be aware that due to winter health and safety conditions, the top deck will be closed down from 1 December till the end of February.
