Great location. Central to everything. The full kitchen is very useful. It will be our go to when we are in Lynchburg. The entry to the parking lot is steep. Take care lest you bottom out.

did nit feel like a hotel. Very spacious and clean. The staff was wonderful, changed a upstairs room for a room downstairs for my wife having problems with stairs. Would stay here again

overall a great deal
Rooms were great, 3 room suite (kitchen included)with all amenities. The check-in was easy and office girl was excellent. Only complaint was the floor needed a good mopping and rugs could be shampooed. The price was excellent for a suite.

Great hotel
Nice hotel in a nice, safe area. It was also very clean. It seems like the hotel were apartments at one time. It has a fully furnished kitchen, living/dining room, etc. Although the hotel is in a nice and safe neighborhood, there aren’t any restaurants within walking distance. My only complaint is the staff!! When l arrived at 2:45pm, the office was closed and had a note on the door saying they were out to lunch and included a cell phone number. (The Check in time on the website is 2pm). I called the number and the employee said she was at lunch and asked if I could l wait for an hour? I told her, No! I was dropped off by an Uber and was not going to wait outside in the heat for an hour.” She sighed heavily and says …”Ok I’ll be there in a few!” About 15-20 minutes later, she pulls in with another employee, unlocks the office, and checks me in. Not once did she apologize for the inconvenience. She actually acted as if l inconvenienced her.

The suite was very clean and fully stocked with dishes, cooking utensils, pots, pans, dish soap, etc. Shampoo, toothpaste, toothbrush, and bar soap were provided. No conditioner. The bar soap has exfoliating chunks in it, so don’t get it in your eyes. Big closet in the bedroom. Comfy mattress and much better pillows than the mushy ones in most hotels. The bathroom had a mirror with a self-defogger. I had never seen one and had to Google that. The only negative thing about the facility appearance was the sign out front half knocked over. There’s no staff on site after 6pm or on weekends, so I’m having to wait until Monday to ask about lost and found items. They use real keys, so don’t forget to lock the door manually when you leave.

The hotel was good-the only negative about it was that the neighbors next door were constantly yelling at their kids-early in the morning and late at night. It was sad to hear. 😢

Super loud facility! If u like sleep-go elsewhere
Comfy bed, loved having all the accouterments of home living. BUT!!! The location is incredibly noisy - next to train tracks. Also, the walls are paper thin and every time someone showers, it feels like a thunderstorm coming through, only inside. You are at the mercy of your neighbors. I’m my case, I was kept up until after midnight then awakened at 5 am. No sleep for the weary.
