Run-down.
Room was in terrible shape. No sink drain stopper in bathroom, pole lamp broken and didn't work, 110 V plugs in desk lamps didn't work, coffee maker missing the small tray, device to hold from drapes in place was broken, front door handle and latch barely worked. This room should never have been rented out. Manager said I should have checked all these thiings beor e I unpacked. Ades the guest need to check all plug sockets, for example? A very run-down place. Not worth even the low cost.

Good: Breakfast was excellent! Had a problem connecting to the wifi with my firestick. Staff was very helpful. Bad: Hair dryer was a fire and electrocution hazard. The plug housing was split in half exposing the internal wiring. I informed staff but it was not replaced during my stay.

My room was pretty dirty, i had to clean the bathroom toilet and sink. The parking lot and sidewalk was gross. Its more of a motel than hotel. The brakfast was good, very surprisingly, the cleanest and nicest area is the office where they also serve the breakfast

The property has great potential but our room was not up to our standards and I’m sure we will not be staying with them again. The checkin was fine but no elevator, mold on the wall, dirt everywhere — especially in corners and I needed a step stool to just get into the bed. We might have noticed other things but we were just too exhausted.

Overall, the hotel met my needs. Convenient location and comfortable bed. However, my room reeked of marijuana. The rooms are supposed to be non-smoking, and I know in general the staff cannot control if people violate that rule until after the fact (by charging them a fee). We found a lighter on top of the A/C unit, so that was missed by the cleaning staff. The room was dated. I did not use the shower, but there was plenty of hot water available from the sink.

Low Needs to be lowered considering what’s offered
I reserved the suite that wasn’t ready by 3:00pm check-in time and was told it would be available 20 minutes later. The bathtub in the sofa room desperately needs to be reglazed or replaced, and WAS NOT cleaned/scrubbed thoroughly, just quickly wiped with a wet rag!!!

Okay nite in Lynchburg
The location was being devoured by lantern bugs and the shubs are half dead. The road noise was pretty loud but the rooms were pretty clean and the beds were comfortable.

Dirty, nasty, unkept motel
Before entering our room the room next door reeked of marijuana as we walked past, and still smelled the same the following morning. Our room had dirty bedding, staining in ceilings from water damage, dirty shower light, dirty floor with pee stains, empty containers of complimentary bathroom items, broken shower handles, ripped curtains, ripped shower liners, ripped bathtub, breakfast did not have decaf coffee, had to ask for biscuits to go with the provided gravy, hair on breakfast food counter, hair found in my plate, dirt came out of apple juice dispenser into my cup, need I say more??
