Cons: Staff was rude, rooms were dirty (housekeeping only made the bed, did not clean the room), and rooms were not very soundproof (you could hear the people in the next room). Pros: The location was awesome, close to restaurants and bars. Within in walking distance of lots to see as well as the metro is right there. We felt safe in the area. In the rooms, there was a towel heating rack, which was awesome for drying clothes. All in all, would not stay here again.

Inn from the cold
The staff were exceptional so nothing bad to say about them. What we found odd was that it was 6-12deg C in Lyon during our stay and they had the heat to the hotel turned off! It was freezing in there. We also did not like that the coffee to the room wasn't refreshed daily and we had to buy it. Seemed like a weird cash grab. Location is great.

The staff is helpful and accommodating. They made suggestions that worked out perfectly! The rooms were very clean and comfortable! The location was within walking distance of the center of the city and faced a lovely park. We would definitely stay here again!!

The property is in a great location, right by the buses, tramways and 5 minute walk from the metro station. Plenty of food places around and a lovely square in front of it to just hang around in. Staff was incredibly helpful and all spoke English. The single room was small but with a big, comfortable bed and was tidy, however the bathroom could do with a better clean. Towels, shower gel/shampoo and soap provided, and a hair dryer. Housekeeping daily was also good. All in all would probably stay there again for the same price, mainly because of the convenient location.

Good hotel for short stays.
Good location and price. Clean, comfortable and friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff. The lady at the front desk on our arrival was excellent The room was a little small so OK for short stays but not longer ones. Breakfast room excellent but breakfast somewhat over-rated. Overall, not much to criticize for short says. We were happy.

The hotel is close to the train station which is convenient and walkable. The area surrounding the hotel has plenty of restaurants. We had a rented car and was able to park on the street although spaces can be difficult to obtain during daytime. Room was clean but really small. Bathroom was so small that the toilet bowl sits right in the shower area.

Really convenient base for a short stay. Comfortable, clean and even though it's 2 minutes from a main station quiet. Transportation super easy by metro or by foot- 20 minutes walk to the old town.
