Excellently located and very well-appointed house in Lytham
This is a comfortable, immaculately-presented, and very well-equipped property located in the heart of the lovely town of Lytham. The house includes a spacious dining room and adjoining living room, a very well-appointed kitchen, and two bedrooms; whilst one bedroom was a bit tight, this still provided ample space for our family of two adults and two children (14 and 12 years). The property also has an outdoor patio to the rear, leading to a spacious private garage. The property is also just one block removed from the main street of Lytham, containing an array of quality local shops, cafés, bars, and restaurants. Additionally, in the other direction, the house is only one block removed from the Lytham Windmill and the superb local coastal walking path which stretches via Fairhaven/Ansdell on to St Annes. For a relaxing break in Lancashire around the Ribble Estuary, this property is highly recommended.
