Fantastic location on the beach front of Macaé city. Because of covid breakfast in the room... I always prefer to go to the dinning hall. Clean room with a beautiful beach view. I will stay again in this hotel.

Perfectly decent hotel
Hotel location is right on the beach. About 1km from all the bars and restaurants, but it’s a flat walk and easy to get to. So all in all location is great. Staff in the hotel are ok, they didn’t particularly explain anything and due to COVID we were unaware that breakfast can be ordered from the room. A wasted journey to reception, but breakfast was decent so happy with that. Not many staff speak English, so if you cannot speak Portuguese, expect some issues. Room was good. A bit of a waste having a king and single bed in a suite. A king and sofa would be far more practical. Shower room was good, although weirdly the shower hooks are the isolation points for hot and cold water. Don’t touch these if you can. Also had someone else’s hair on a wall which is never pleasant. I’d rate this as 7.5/10 decent enough. Didn’t blow us away but for the price, cannot complain

This is the newest property that I have ever experienced in Macae. My guess is that it opened within the past 2-3 years. Everything works, nothing is worn out as can be experienced in some other top rated properties in the area. The place was spotless, comfortable and in a great location in front of the beach. The breakfast was very good and had a wide selection. Dinner was likewise very good. Usually there is a dinner buffet; however, apparently due to low occupancy, the advertised dinner buffet was not available on this particular Thursday night. I was assured that it would be available the following night. The pool area is well maintained with a beautiful oceanfront view. The pool water was clean and clear. My only negative comment concerns the bathroom amenities. It seemed out of place finding the same items that I would expect to encounter in a 2 star property at one of Macae's top ranked properties. They could at least provide a normal "hotel size" bar of soap, which is large enough to hold onto, instead of the tiny bars that are the current amenity.

Hotel bem situado. Limpo. Toalhas novas e macias. Chuveiros novos, sem entupimentos. Quarto espaçoso. Aparelhos de Ar Condicionado já no prazo para substituição. Estive em um quarto onde a unidade externa estava totalmente Podre! Me trocaram para um quarto melhor com ar funcional. No dia do check-out, um trafo na rua que alimenta e rede elétrica do hotel queimou e o hotel somente operava com seu próprio gerador. Isso fez com que os 2 elevadores ficassem parados (eu estava no 6º andar), metade da iluminação operante e somente a TV no quarto funcionando. O hotel é muito bom. O cardápio é bem salgado, mas a comida é deliciosa! Tirando a falha da alimentação elétrica, o hotel é 100%!!

Hotel maravilhoso, café da ,manhã também muito gostoso me frente a praia. Cama maravilhosa espaçosa, piscina agradável e vista linda da piscina. Não oferecem chek-in mais cedo e checkout tardio, caso tenha que chegar mais cedo tem que esperar na recepção até dar a hora do seu check-in não deixam utilizar as áreas externas do hotel (piscina)

Gosto desse hotel, já me hospedei outras vezes mas dessa vez achei o café da manhã deixar muito a desejar. Café ruim, o suco parecia uma água com açúcar , pouca variedade e logo cedo já parecia que o café atava no final . Bem ruim mesmo .

Ao chegar ao hotel o atendente foi educado porem nada simpático, ao entrar no quarto por volta de 21:10h cansados da viagem , a primeira decepção o quarto estava com odor de urina de cachorro, ligamos na recepção para trocar d quarto, o q foi feito sem problemas e em 5min, ao entrar no segundo quarto, os moveis estavam com desgastes visíveis e até quebrados, o quarto estava com cheiro d humidade e na lixeira do quarto haviam bitucas d cigarro molhada e cinzas de cigarro na varanda, no banheiro havia um vazamento com uma poça de água, como estávamos cansados apenas pedimos pra trocar o lixo pois entre o quarto com odor de urina e outro com humidade o menos pior seria o segundo. No dia seguinte no café da manhã q iria até as 10:30 eram 9h e já não haviam muitas opções não estavam repondo nada, não havia nenhum tipo de bolo, pão, queijos, iogurtes para quem tem intolerâncias alimentares como a glútem e lactose, havia somente dois tipos de suco um de laranja e outro de laranja com mão, porem ao solicitar um outro tipo de suco fomos prontamente atendidos e o q havia ainda estava disponível era saboroso o q amenizou um pouco a decepção do café da manhã comparado ao q já conhecíamos. Falamos com o supervisor (Iranildo) sobre tudo q havíamos passado e nossa decepção, ele pediu desculpas e após algumas horas nosso quarto estava limpíssimo e sem vazamento. Neste mesmo dia fomos utilizar a piscina e estava imunda não dava pra ver o fundo, informamos a recepção e não foi resolvido.

Maravilhoso o Hotel. Muito limpo e organizado. Atedimento imediato em todas as mossas solicitações. Cafe fa manhã excelente! Variado e saboroso. Serviço de camareira perfeito!!!
