We really loved this hotel. It was modern, clean and comfortable. They had a nice breakfast available and the area was neat and tidy. Check in and out was easy and efficient. Prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend this hotel.

The property was perfect for my stay. It was clean and quiet. The staff were lovely and the breakfast was perfect. I would recommend anyone to stay here! Its also across the street from a Walmart so just a really convenient spot.

Great stop on our tour of the US
This was a clean and very efficiently designed room. The room is smaller than other hotels we’ve stayed at but didn’t feel cramped. It had everything we needed for restful evenings after a day of site-sighting. The bed was very comfortable. The free breakfast was good for a quick bite.

Great, friendly staff, good amount of breakfast options, Walmart, KFC and Taco Bell within walking distance for food options. Room was clean and quiet. Would definitely stay here again!

The hotel in really clean and even though the rooms aren't really large they are designed really well so you didn't really notice. Would stay here again

The bathrooms in the rooms dont have ventilation fans to reduce moisture. There was mold in the bathroom on the hair dryer bag due to the lack of proper ventilation. The power save idea is good but not to the extent that stail air and mold can grow very easily when the ac is turned off for long periods of time. The time spent cleaning and the room was noticable with smudges on the inside of the bathroom door all around the handle and the dirt and hair in the corners of the floor near the tub. The staff were nice and understanding when i brought up the mold.

Our overall rating is Excellent or 5 Stars. We gave only 4 Stars for Cleanliness due to there being: 1) Dirt in the elevator AND Two Noticeable Spots of dirt on the carpet in our room; 2) Tables/countertops in breakfast area soiled with spills. In fairness to the Microtel, we were informed that they had a lot of construction workers staying there due to local construction, so we blame them for tracking in the dirt. We'll just attribute the "spills" to people who were too lazy to clean up after themselves. We WOULD stay here again.
