O apartamento tem excelente localização, perto de tudo: bares, restaurantes, supermercados, farmácias. O desagradável foi quanto a limpeza do local. Ao chegar nao estava limpo, era como se tivessem passado um pano por "cima". O chão estava até pregando. O banheiro estava sujo, com muita urina no sanitário. Até avisei na recepção e se prontificaram no outro dia para limpar, porém nossas coisas já estavam no local e iriamos sair para passeios, preferimos nos mesmo limpar. Tem uma maquina de lavra, porém nao funciona, o ar condicionado é bem abtigo, nao gela muito, se for datas mais quentes, seria necessário usar o ar com o ventilador. No local tem alguns utensilios de cozinha, nao tem muita coisa, é simples no modo geraL.

Ótima localização, em frente a praia e com muito comércio ao redor. Tem os itens básicos, mas a conservação dos móveis está bem ruim. A limpeza do banheiro deixou a desejar, box sujo.

A hospedagem foi boa, o apartamento atendeu bem. A localização é excelente, a poucos passos da praia de Pajuçara na melhor localização, próximo dos restaurantes e da feira de artezanato. Os únicos detalhes a serem corrigidos: luz da cozinha não acendia e tembém uma da sala; o micro-ondas não aquecia; o colchão do quarto muito duro.

A localização é excelente, acomodação satisfatória, para quem viaja com criança é preciso ficar atento, pois falta tela de proteção nas janelas e varanda, o que nos deixou um pouco preocupados, a região também é bastante segura, porém os preço praticados na área são acima da média, não recomendado para quem busca economizar um pouco mais na viagem, alguns móveis estão sem condições de uso (sofá e roupeiro), cozinha funcional, demais itens de acordo com o combinado! No geral foi bom!

A localização do apartamento é excelente. Os empregados do prédio são atenciosos e prestativos. O apartamento tem alguns problemas que precisam ser corrigidos, como torneira do banheiro vazando, lâmpada queimada, necessidade de detetizacao, falta de secador de roupa, colchões velhos.
