To start out, I booked through hotels.com and it said they had cribs available. I made a note in the booking that I would need a crib. Upon arrival, the front desk didn't even know what a crib was and had to call management to ask what a crib is....and of course they didn't have any cribs at the hotel...they didn't even care about the huge inconvenience of our baby not having a crib, but did say they saw the note that we requested a crib in advance. They were extremely rude. The pool is FREEZING while the hot tub is barely luke-warm. The free continental breakfast was supposed to be until 9am, but we were told they were closing it by 8am. They put us in a handicapped room, even though we didn't request that and paid for a sweet. The shower head was broken. On the positive side, the room was fairly clean and comfortable, which is bare minimum considering the price of the room. Would not recommend or ever return.

Ok stay that was most affordable
This was a good stay and easy to find. Staff was responsive and the room size is good for family of 4. The breakfast was not good and the setup is horrible as it is like trying to fit people in a closet.

It was very dirty, no hotel travel products like most do. Then to top it off after noticing the bathroom hadn’t even been cleaned they charged me 2x for a one night stay. Very rude and not professional at all

my comforter had a huge stain on it. when I asked for a replacement, I was NO! We removed the sheets. I went to Walmart purchased my own. The rooms are really smaller than what is advertised on the site. (Really small). the free breakfast end at 830 not 0900 as the sign clearly states in the breakfast area. When asked the employee shook her head and replied it's over no more. food.

((Traveler Beware)) Be very very careful when dealing with this staff from this property! They’ve charged me twice because I used Expedia when I booked and when I caught on to it through my debit card institution and contacted them on my OWN behalf, they’re were not willing to reverse the charge from their mistake. If you have to stay at this property be sure to pay with cash only because the staff will not help you.

property located right off i-475. Many fast food options within walking distance. Friendly and helpful staff, with comfortable beds and large rooms. when I'm back in the Macon area i will stay there again

Emergency getaway
My stay was an emergency due to hurricane Helena and work. I appreciate it that they had a turkey auction because I'm allergic to pork. However the room had damages in the bathtub and they tried to paste it together and it didn't give a great look. The hallway had a smell to it but the front desk clerk was nice
