Potential to be awesome, bad room selection
We checked in right at shift change. Front desk person came running in breathless and promptly checked in us and one other customer. We were given a key to a room that had not been cleaned. House keeping supervisor was doing utmost to accommodate us. She went to the front desk and got us keys to a different room. It was fully wheelchair accessible which would have been ok except shower could not be adjusted for a person over 4 feet tall. Room was noisy because it was next to elevator and laundry room. Atypical for this hotel chain. I believe having the day shift desk clerk staying until relieved would have made the difference

Good Place to Lay Your Head
I really like this hotel. The associate at check in pleasant and efficient. She recommended the best place to park for close proximity to the room. The hotel room was clean and comfortable. Later while I was waiting for pizza, I observed she was good with everyone coming in. I guess my only constructive critism would be to find a different muffin vendor. I got.one and it was pretty dry.

The furniture and building in general need to be updated. Everything looks old and no fully clean because of that. The instalation is pretty old and the room looked and smelled weird.
