Each of the home's three bedrooms has its own private, full bathroom. There is also a charming half bathroom conveniently located just off the main level's great room.
Guests are encouraged to host their own happy hour by taking advantage of the spacious kitchen's lovely bar area. Whether it be to warm up, cool down, relax and unwind or prepare for a night on the town, we hope our guests won't hesitate to whip up and enjoy their favorite cocktails among friends and family.
The main level features include a cavernous, vaulted 30 foot ceiling, open floor plan, massive floor to ceiling, stone fireplace and grand spiral staircase which leads to the impressive 2nd floor suites.
From the second floor's guest suite, guests will discover a custom crafted ship's ladder which leads to a generous loft space. Situated at the home's peak between exposed structural beams, the loft overlooks the great room from above. The queen bed offers a wonderful opportunity to kick back and relax.
Nestled into a quaint little street leading to a quiet residential circle just one block from the south shoreline of Lake Monona, there is no through traffic.
Each bedroom has it's own ultra high-definition smart TV (Ranging from 42"-65") and entertainment system.
In addition, the home is "smart." More than 60 devices including climate control, ceiling fans and lighting are connected to the home's Wi-Fi network and voice controllable. Each room in the house is equipped with it's own Smart Assistant enabled device for efficient, simultaneous control of connected devices throughout the home.
Guests may park in the home's private driveway or on the street in front of the home. The home is situated in a mature, residential neighborhood at the top of a circle and, therefore, there is no through traffic.
