Extremely small, cramped room and bathroom. Shower was perhaps 24” x 24”. Also, there was a long, black hair , very visible on the shower shelf. Shower floor was worn and dingy looking. I would not recommend this hotel.

The shower head was broken, but they fixed it right away. The towels were stained, the carpet was super dirty and sticky and the air conditioner was dirty and dust was flying out of it.

The guy at the front desk was kind of rude to my daughter because she was talking with some friends in the hallway that she met at the hotel and the lady the next morning at the front desk when we was checking out I had to load money on my card and was acting like my daughter couldn’t wait in the lobby until are Uber came

Frustrated, Disrespected, over charged
I had surgery two weeks ago and I needed some peace and rest. I have stayed at this previously and was charged a $10.00. Upon early check in on Sunday the 7 of April 2024, I was charged $30.00 early check in. I'm disabled, over 60, and homeless. I stay at a shelter because of the cost of housing only. I do NO drugs, alcohol, smoking, or partying. I Always treat people with respect. I feel I was not respected when I checked in early. I had surgery on my right kidney two weeks ago and then I got a post operative infection and sepsis. All I asked for was peace and rest. The first morning there was a consternation in the hall. I told the manager she did not deserve to be treated like that or to be called those things. In the same way I deserve respect. She did not use harsh words. Her actions spoke volumes.

Couple of comments - first, the door seal in the pool area (that goes to a stairwell with access to the outside), leaked, making the pool area cold. Secondly, while breakfast was offered, they ran out of a lot of hot food items and the juice machine ran dry. The staff needed to be notified by customers when things ran out and they didn't know how to properly refill the juice machine. Other than those items, the hotel was clean, comfortable and reasonably priced.

Rough hotel stay
Check in & out was easy, but the hotel is not in great condition. The hallways were covered in drywall dust, there’s paint on the stairs, and giant rolls of carpet throughout the halls. Maintenance workers were actively working throughout the day and evening, including someone sawing tile from 8:30-10pm. The room itself was decent—bed was fine, AC worked, seemed clean-ish. But on the first night, the TV remote’s batteries were corroded and there’s no way to control it without. No big deal. I called the front desk who said they’d bring new ones up—after 20 min, I went down to the desk. He has no clue where batteries were. I also asked when the worker would be done sawing tile and hammering in the stairwell. The worker shrugged and said “maybe a few more hours.” Mind you, it’s nearly 9:00pm, and the sound of the work is so loud that it echoes through our room’s walls from a floor away. He told me he’d bring me batteries and ignored any frustration over the noise. The worker then proceeded to bring 3 different remotes up to our room before one finally worked. The next day, the toilet broke. Maintenance was great and repaired it quickly. Overall, you get what you pay for, but I’ve stayed in cheap hotels—never have I stayed in one that felt like an active construction zone.
