There were a few minor repairs that could have inhanced the room. The bathroom mirror is partially falling off the wall, the ice machines were broken on 2 floors, the bathtub drain was slow. All in all, it was very comfortable, clean and quiet!!

It is within a shopping center with abundant options for shopping and dining from fast food to "nicer" options. The hotel staff is knowledgeable and courteous. The breakfast area has a wide range of selections from which to choose for "farmer's breakfast" ingredients to lighter and vegetarian options.

This property is very conveniently located with respect to the airport (about 10 minutes) and the Capitol complex where there are various museums and other activities (about 15-20 minutes). Located on the edge of a shopping center, there are numerous options for dining and shopping. The staff is knowledgeable and professional. Check in was fast and efficient.

I stay here a few times a year. Everything was great except this time the hot tub’s jets didn’t work. It was very hot, which most hotels fail at. I would imagine they’ll have it fixed the next time I stay there.

Problems when we checked in. Gave us our keys and when we got to our room on the 4 th floor our rooms had not been cleaned or made up. Then back to the front desk and she was not very friendly and then moved us back down to first floor. It was noisy.

Didn't like having to stand and wait 30 minutes to get checked in. Gentleman working was pleasant enough but seemed the computer system was VERY slow. I almost walked out as did the couple in front of me. Very disappointed the pool was not in working order. It was the only reason I booked the room. Mattress and sheets felt and smelled old. Need to up date the sheets especially!
