I called when I realized my event was running well past 11pm. When I called to ask if I could check in later she said “I don’t know, I’m new” which made me leave my event at 10:30pm. Doors were locked so I knocked and just made it with minutes to spare. The refrigerator was so dang loud I couldn’t sleep, but I didn’t bother calling with only one new person working.

Our check in went well. When I was looking for our room I took a staircase that smelt like old garbage but our room was clean. The hotel itself is older which could be seen all around, patchwork on walls and especially in the pool and hot tub. The pool was too cold for me and the hot tub had very few working spouts, not very inviting. We only went once and normally would have gone a couple times. We got fresh towels for our second day, which was all we asked for and the lady was very polite.

The room was damp. The jets in the hot tub were not working,the pool was freezing, the room was more of a motel feeling. The bathroom door had a burn in it from the lights, so thats a huge safety issue. The fan/air conditioning was loud and did not work properly. And to top it out the lady at he front desk was extremely rude when we were checking out.

Although I was told on check-in that there was no reservation in my name, i was checked in when I showed my Expedia reservation. We ended up in a big King suite, which was awesome, since we reserved something smaller. Breakfast had a nice selection.

I have stayed at this motel 3 times and 2 of them the pool was closed. When u come with family and the pool can't be used it's very frustrating. The front desk said the issue would be fixed but I know it won't because it was a Saturday. The light in the pool was on the pool floor and wires were exposed so u think they would fix it being a safety issue.

The check-in experience was poorly handled. There was only one person working the desk at 4:00 PM on a Saturday. Took almost 30 minutes to get through the mob in the lobby. Breakfast was excellent. Water was lacking in the urn in the lobby. Desk personnel really couldn't have cared less. The room was comfortable and clean. No complaints there.

We were in town for a concert and it was perfect. Loved the room loved the front desk service. It was close to anything walking distance and couldn’t have been happier with our stay.
