Quiet and well lit. Ease of access to John Nolan Drive for drive downtown or Madison's eastside. But gym was undersized with little equipment and pool smelled of excessive bleach. No wonder patrons weren't even going into the pool area. The front desk staff didn't seem happy cheerful and the morning breakfast lacked variety from what most hotels/motels serve.

I loved the variety of food for breakfast, the kitchen staff was amazing and helped me figure out the waffle machine! The staff even had a list of restaurants and helped me with some activities for my family. The pool is not warm but the hot tub is amazing! I love that they lock the hotel doors at night for key access only! Overall amazing stay and we would stay again!

The staff were all very helpful and friendly. We forgot our pack n play but the staff brought up a crib for us to use. They also brought us up utensils and plates when I realized I forgot them as well. The carpet was torn in a small section and the bathroom door has seen better days, but overall we were very happy with our stay.
