Hotel was clean so that’s a plus. Beds not all that comfortable but ok. Breakfast was not good. Much better at other chains for the price you pay. Wouldn’t go back.

The bed left a lot to be desired for a hotel room this expensive. Also after I used their early check in app i was charged $30 no one could tell me why i was charged. I was then charged a 50$ deposit on top of it. Ive been home a few days now and the $30 charge fell off for about a day before showing up again. Still havent recieved my deposit back yet either.

Odd smell, but ok.
Just an average stay. I wasn't expecting anything luxurious. However there was kind of a smell in the room that was unpleasant. Not sure if this is just age of hotel or cleaning products, but just smelt gross and kind of gave me a headache.

Much simple maintenance was needed. The edge of the carpet at the entrance to our room was held down by duct tape. The wardrobe doors were out of alignment and could not be closed. One of the two drawers under the window seat was missing entirely. The weather seals on the window were not completely effective - water was driven onto the inside windowsill as a result of heavy rains. Trash from a fast-food restaurant lay in the parking lot for our last two days at the hotel, without someone picking it up. Whatever cleaning materials was used to clean the floor of the tub made it quite slippery until purposely scrubbed away with one's foot and hot water. A guest could potentially slip and fall, leading to a liability suit.

Overnight stay
I was just spending the night in my way to somewhere else. Bed was comfortable, better than most. Room and bathroom very clean. Unfortunately my room was on the side of a busy road so was noisy. But I wear hearing aids so when I took them out to sleep it was fine for me. I would stay here again.
