Interior needs more upkeep. Our (cheap, hollow) bathroom door was damaged/smashed on the hallway side, as if someone had torn off a full length mirror that was once glued to the door. That bathroom is also VERY small and cramped. Damaged ceiling tiles in the hallways' with crumbling white dust from those tiles on the carpeted floor. Price is a little high for this level of upkeep.

Hotel needs a major update. You could hear the conversations in the neighboring room and the hallways like it was inside the room. The cleanliness of the room was overlooked. Bedding was clean but the floors were dirty along with many other things.

Bathroom was dirty. A wash cloth from a prior stay was left on the shower rod. The shower head was old and unsealed. The rooms were very noisy from hallway traffic. The staff was great and the location decent enough, but this place needs a massive facility upgrade.

Do not stay here. I was flying in from South Carolina for game day. I booked my room 5 months in advance. As I was pushing back from the gate at the airport I called them to let them know I would be landing at 10:30 pm and would be checking in around 11:00. I got to the hotel at 11:10 only to find out they cancelled my reservation and gave my room to someone else and no longer had any vacancies. Because it was a football weekend I could not get a room. I never write reviews but under the circumstances I felt the need to.
