Overall, my family and I (4 people) had a comfortable stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is centrally located, so we could easily access the metro, food, and many of the main attractions in Madrid. The hotel is undergoing renovations, but this did not affect our stay.

Decent Place for the Price
Easy to find and located walking distance to everything we wanted to see. However, the walls were paper thin and everytime the people upstairs moved their chairs, you could hear them dragging the chairs across the ground. The bathroom was a little on the small side, but usable. Other than those little qualms, its a decent place for singles and couples, not families.

Je recommande vivement cet endroit. Idéalement situé. L’hôtel était en cours de travaux pour rénovations donc un peu bruyant mais j’ai eu la chance d’avoir une chambre toute rénovée, décorée avec goût.
