Perfect choice.
I was looking for an apartment for a week's stay. Bext Vallecas by Habyt turned out to be the perfect choice. The apartment is equipped with completely new equipment and a comfortable bed. The temperature of the room and the bathroom can be adjusted individually. Its distance from the metro is approx. 900 meters.

Good location (10 min to metro), great front desk staff, comfortable neighborhood. Kitchenette was missing some basic utensils - coffee maker, kettle. No coat hooks, no table to sit and eat (you expect a table with a kitchenette). We stayed 4 nights and given the minor inconveniences we would stay again.

La edificación es nueva y por ello las instalaciones q en general estan bien. El apartamento esta bien. La ducha no tiene mampara y esta a ras de suelo por lo que todo se llena de agua y es una auténtica piscina, sin poder casi volver a hacer uso. En el baño falta algun armario o repisas para poder dejar las cosas de aseo. En la habitación no hay cajones solo armario para colgar. La cama esta correcta aunque suena.

Muchísimo mejor de lo que imaginaba según comentarios antiguos...Todo seguro,se accede con tarjeta según tú habitación ,el apartamento impecable,con todo lo necesario, microondas, lavavajillas,horno,nevera,utensilios de cocina,calefacción,TV con Netflix... recomendable 100x100, el metro está a unos 10m andando, el centro comercial a unos 15,hay bares y cafeterías cerca,farmacias,un Lidl y un Mercadona ...la zona muy tranquila, silenciosa...repetiremos segurísimo.
