Great hotel, location is perfect to walking around, metro station within a few minutes as are local coffee shops and restaurants along with many great bars close by. Staff were excellent and helpful. Breakfast has a wide choice of options, the hotel is clean, rooms are clean and modern.

Excellent property, conveniently located, the pool facilities are great. Breakfast is one of the best we have had. Metro connection is just outside the hotel - super convenient. Room service was great and timely every day. Will stay here again, and would highly recommend.

Terrific hotel in about as perfect of a location as you could ask for in downtown Madrid. Easy walking distance to about everything...particularly the theatre district and the palace. Staff was excellent and the restaurant/bard was very good. Only complaint would be the airport transfer. They (or this website) reports them having an airport transfer. There is not shuttle or transfer. It consists of them calling a taxi for 33 euro trip.
