Excellent, helpful and friendly reception, glass of Cava included. Great room recently refurbished. Only negative was that only 1 of 3 lifts was working and we were on 9th floor.

This was an overall good stay. Was there for the Taylor Swift concerts in Madrid and it was extremely convenient to stay there. Their elevator situation was a problem. I get it. Stuff breaks, but having 1 elevator for that weekend was kind of a challenge. Not horrible though. I braved parking a car in their lot and don’t recommend it. TIGHT quarters down there but they did warn me. STAFF WAS GREAT!!! Took care of all of our needs.

Unfortunately the hotel is undergoing a renovation and only 1 of 3 elevators were working. Our hallway was covered with dirty paper and tape. However the room was spacious, clean and quiet . Beds were comfortable and the bathroom was very nice . Breakfast was like every other hotel breakfast.

Modern and super clean H10 really delivers
H10 is super clean, modern and incredibly quiet within a residential area but only several blocks from a metro line. The is no building adjacent to one side of the hotel so you hardly hear any noise at night, as the streets are very quiet. It does take a bit of effort to get to the tourist center, but I think the trade off is worth it with H10. This is as good of a high quality hotel as you'll find at a good price.

Great place for a Real Madrid game!
A great place to stay for a Real Madrid game. A very nice hotel with a great lobby and excellent restaurant and bar. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby and a 5 minute walk from Santiago Bernabeu stadium. The staff was very serviceable. Plus the Lindt chocolate truffles they leave at your bedside is a really nice touch.

The staff were nice. They welcomed us with a complimentary glass of cava. The room was large and clean. The hotel doesn't have a real lobby; the lobby is part of a restaurant so be aware that you cannot eat there.

Madrid v Sevilla
Staff were veey friendly and helpful. Room was very neat and tidy. Walking distance to the Bernabeu, which was the reason for the trip. Would recommend anyone to go here if you are stopping over for the game. Also well situated near the metro and not far from the Chamartin train station.

Hotel has a nice vibe and feel downstairs in reception and bar, rooms are a little dated but clean and comfortable. We ordered room service and it was awful… a cold tough burger with cold overcooked fries and a pad Thai which looked and tasted like packet noodles… cold packet noodles. I stay here frequently but would never order food again
