Nos hospedamos con mi marido en San Mateo suites dos noches por vacaciones! Si bien hay una persona en recepción, el checkin fue rápido, lo hicimos online y no tuvimos problemas. La habitación y el baño eran un tanto pequeños pero su limpieza impecable, la cama super comoda y la ubicacion muy buena, nos manejamos todo caminando! Sin dudas volveria a hospedarme en caso de volver a Madrid.

The property is super well located. Remote check in was easy and the only thing I struggled with a bit was opening the keybox that contained the keys to the room - but mostly out of my own lack of motor skills I guess. The room and bathroom are not super spacious but are correct for a 1 star hotel. Bathroom seems to be freshly renovated and room was not bad either. Has all amenities you need for a hotel that level. Bed is comfortable and shower has good pressure. The only issue I found was that indeed the room was not at all soundproof so you could hear the people in the corridor/other rooms. Perhaps not a good option for longer stays but for me who was there for just one night, it was amazing price/quality ratio.

Very simple and small rooms, but in the great area of restaurants, shops and close to the metro. Very walkable and we felt safe everywhere. This is a no-frills place, but we slept well and thats what we needed. Thank you
