Lovely staff, especially Samuel who answered all our questions with enthusiasm and actually happiness to help!! There were so many friendly staff members and the bar and restaurant areas were great. Food was delicious and room service was great!

The staff at Hard Rock Madrid was incredibly helpful and friendly. I highly recommend this hotel. This was my second time staying at Hard Rock, and I had a great experience both times.

Christmas getaway.

This hotel is in a good location, front desk attendants super nice and caring. Went above and beyond. We got to the hotel early and the room was ready! We saw a show in the hotel bar, service was great there. Good in the restaurant was flavorful and price was good. I would stay again and recommend.

Trendy hotel

Great hotel at a convenient location. Clean, modern, trendy, nice breakfast buffet, helpful staff. My room was facing the inner court so no natural light at all. For an upgrade I could have chose a room facing the street but it is a busy street.

Dining room personnel were understaffed and a bit rude. It is year end so it seemed like they were an upset having to work the holiday. Could use some training on how to treat a guest better that is paying $900 per night.
