Staff open the front door at 6am or 7am let all the main areas open with proper heating conditions while your room got frozen and the corridor to the bathroom and unheated , so when you have to use the bathroom the changing temperature from the room to the bathroom got me a clod which I am still suffering due to my room was in the main entrance at street level

Poca atención a la recepción, duramos 1 hora esperando afuera del hostal que llegara alguien y nos atendieran por esta razón el señor del transporte se aprovecho y nos cobro un costo exorbitante por el servicio, ya después que nos instalaron la atención de los propietarios fue muy buena.

La ducha y en general el baño da asco de lo sucia que está. Tienen perros y gatos dando vueltas por todo el hostal y haciendo sus necesidades en la entrada. La recepcionista fuma en los pasillos y recepción, olía realmente mal. Las recepcionistas estaban gritando por la mañana sin que les importase que la gente estuviera durmiendo. Había muchas cosas rotas como los estores y el mango de la puerta y lo que no estaba roto estaba sucio como el microondas. Obviamente es muy barato y no esperaba que fuera a ser gran cosa, pero el precio no justifica la mala educación del personal y toda la suciedad que había. Cogí el sitio por el precio pensando que era barato porque está en un pueblo de la comunidad de Madrid pero ese sitio no está en las condiciones mínimas como para estar abierto.

A nosotros nos tocó la habitación de abajo junto con la recepción, la recepcionista y otras personas se quedaban hablando hasta tarde , el suelo del baño muy sucio y no había puesto papel de bater ,la habitación estaba recogida pero el suelo tenía polvo y debajo de la cama muy sucio.

Realmente lo barato sale caro. Todo el alojamiento olía a tabaco. Las camas horribles. Los muebles, pintura y las instalaciones en sí muy mal conservadas. Por lo general, no me suelo preocupar mucho por el hotel si solo voy a dormir pero este de verdad que no volvería ni regalado. La atención de la señora que nos atendió fue buena, le pedí si nos podía cambiar de habitación porque en la que estábamos al estar al lado de la recepción y ella fumar dentro olía bastante fuerte, fue muy amable y nos enseñó otra habitación en la cual nos quedamos, de todas formas como dije al principio, me di cuenta que el edificio en si tenía el olor impregnado a tabaco.

Servicio muy bueno, pero es un hostal con mucho ruido, la calefacción funciona cuando quiere y le falta limpieza tanto al baño como al aseo.
