This was one of the best travel experiences I have had in my life. The room was so well designed. The bed was one of the most comfortable in which I have ever slept. The breakfast on the second level was exceptional. So often, hotel food is second or third rate. At Hotel Atlantico, the breakfast buffet offers many choices that accommodate different pallets and dietary restrictions. The staff is in a class of its own. They should video them in action and charge the large, overpriced global hotel chains for training. If you visit Madrid, and don’t stay at Hotel Atlantico, you are cheating yourself. I can’t wait to return!

The facilities were nice, well kept. Room and bathroom were very clean. They provided everything we needed. Checking-in and out was fast and nice staff. Very well located, so much to do around the area. The room, however, was not very spacious for the price we payed. A little noisy in the morning. The terrace staff not very friendly. But overall we had a very good experience and would definitely come back.

The property is stunning, and the room was immaculate, roomy, and sophisticated. Situated in a prime location, the hotel is conveniently located near various shopping and dining venues, making it easily accessible on foot. The rooftop bar and lounges provided a perfect setting to relax after busy days, offering stunning views and a wonderful ambiance. Our only feedback pertains to the taxi arranged by the concierge for our airport transportation. It seemed that the staff were well-acquainted with the taxi driver, prompting me to address this here. We found the demeanour of the driver to be somewhat questionable. When the concierge organizes transportation through the hotel, we suggest ensuring that they are mindful of the driver's behaviour and that it aligns with the hotel's standards.

We specifically chose the Superior room (which was more expensive than some of the others) because the description for the room said, “city view”. We were given a bottom floor room that looked into a dark small area of what they called a garden. When we told them that we were supposed to have a city view, their response was that it was first come first serve. They were completely uninterested in doing anything about it. Most of the staff was unfriendly, including the breakfast staff. We would never stay at this hotel again.

This property was in the middle of everything we wanted to do. Restaurants, shopping, tourist attractions. Quaint Hotel, clean and updated. Definitely would say there again!

No kettle and drinks facilities in the room, one of the very few hotels we’ve stayed in not to offer this. Breakfast for a 4 star hotel was very mediocre and quite a let down. The fried elects were poor, eggs overcooked as were the potatoes and scrambled eggs. You had to ask for a pot of tea rather helping yourself and the waiter forgot twice. If they could improve on the breakfast I would return but otherwise not

Very well located, near metro and bus stations. Staff very friendly. Room was very clean. The only thing I didn’t like was the bed, it was hard and uncomfortable. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Not what I expected. Hotel was clean and conveniently located on gran via but room wasnt great. Two twin beds pushed together to make a full. Mattress was hard. Very noisy- constant banging and thin walls heard every noise in the hallway. No conditioner in bathroom. I would not stay again.
