Nice, big, modern rooms. The double room is great for families and really big. Need to take the metro 30 minutes to get to the parts of Madrid toy want to visit, and the metro is always very crowded.

Great service & staff - incredibly convenient for a late arrival from the airport & train the next day. Rooms are simple but clean & staff was very helpful & friendly. The hotel is literally at the train station and just 3 stops on the train from the airport so very easy for bleary-eyed travelers to navigate & super convenient to get our train the next day. Not much in the area as it’s really a transportation hub so not a great location for sightseeing or dining but a great option for the night!

Hotel is nice but check-in was horrible
Check-in was not good. It was close to 12pm, but lobby had so many people waiting for checking in. Two people working but it seems one assisting another. Tons of people before us had something in storage to retrieve. We had a long day travelling to the hotel, but had to wait for a long time to check in, and listen to the rowdiness. Once it's our turn, I asked where we can find chocolate Churros for breakfast. The front desk tall guy asked me "what is a chocolate churro?"! Are you kidding me, the whole Madrid is full of chocolate churros, and the guy could not understand what chocolate churros are?!
