Centrally located/super clean/helpful staff
Because we had to wait a little for our room to be cleaned, we were upgraded to a family room that was super comfortable. They accommodated us with a kettle and special tea for our senior traveler who was a little sick. The location is excellent and safe. The staff was very helpful.

Hotel was perfect for my stay in Madrid. Staff was extremely attentive and courteous Room was clean, cute and modern. I would suggest staying on an upper floor to avoid noise from the street. My only complaint is it’s a very touristy area so was busy on the street at all times. But at the same time it’s easy access to all the attractions.

Fantastic hotel in centre of Madrid
I loved my stay at this hotel! Convenient location within walking distance to Plaza Mayor, Gran Vía and many restaurants and shops. The room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and served in a lovely breakfast room. Staff were friendly and helpful, they booked me a taxi for my onward travel which arrived promptly. Would recommended a stay at this hotel.

Wonderful one night stay while waiting for the rest of our group. The hotel is really nicely appointed, with interesting decor and nicely designed rooms and comfortable beds. Breakfast was buffet with basic but nice choices, and the very helpful staff is on hand to offer eggs, bacon and help with the coffee machine if needed.

I enjoyed everything about this hotel except the breakfast. Not worth the money. But great place to have breakfast located literally a few steps away. So I would still happily stay in this hotel the next time I visit Madrid.

Had an enjoyable 9 night stay when came over for my son's wedding. Hotel was in an excellent location so able to walk everywhere. Area felt safe even at night as plenty of people around. Closing the shutters at night kept the outside noise down and although I am an insomniac, I slept pretty well (probably in part due to all the walking most days) Good choice at breakfast though suggest waiting staff deliver the hot drinks to avoid congestion around the coffee machine and toaster. All staff in hotel were friendly and helpful, particularly Laura on reception. Everywhere was very clean and attractively decorated. Had a boutiquey feel. Thankyou.
