We were thoroughly satisfied beyond average for this property. The only negative was the coffee machine would not work in the room, and the airport pickup was delayed 45 minutes due to traffic. But overall with a special mention of excellence to the restaurant, the state was excellent me

Positives: - friendly staff - good breakfast - shuttle was pretty reliable, in spite of negative reviews we’ve seen Negatives - the countertop/desk in the room was sticky - there was a kettle in the rooom and a couple of nescafe packets, but no mugs - not close to the city (since it’s an airport hotel), but not close to the airport either

The hotel was decent but i was irritated at nobody knowing how to switch my television from spanish to english. I know its spain but americans visit spain often so i know that those tvs have english settings i went to ask for help on that and one of the staff members at the front desk i forget his name but he has glasses and dark hair. He told me there was no way to switch the tv to english which was obviously straight bulshit he either didnt know how to or didnt want to help me...and my sink water went down extremely slow! And on my 3rd night there the smoke alarms went off on my floor and woke everyone up when i went to ask what happened everybody was out of their rooms on in the hallways as lost and confused as i was....i have really bad anxiety so that messed with my nerves pretty bad that night. I have to be honest i didnt like it as much as i thought i would.

We arrived quite late and there was no shuttle service how can an airport hotel not be prepared for 24 hour requirements of travelers. We had to take 23€ cab. Your small print may mention shuttle times but it is very very small and difficult to see. Very sneaky. Also there was only one person working and she couldn’t manage all that was requested of her. It’s a two person job. And we asked for a wake-up call at 5:00 am. We never got it because our phone didn’t work we could have missed our flight.

Friendly staff made stay enjoyable. The fact that they will pack for you delicious breakfast whenever you had to leave too early before actual breakfast time, was a big plus for us! It was greatly appreciated. Everyone was extremely helpful & accomodating with us! Karina at Front Desk was very nice as was everyone else I didnt quite get their names though 🤗

Property was a serviceable hotel airport. Pool was small and had no umbrellas for shade. Impossible to use when sunny during the summer. Free street parking all around the hotel, but reception neglected to tell us and tried to get us to pay $27 for parking. Restaurant was overpriced and lousy. No English language TV stations despite the on screen guide showing CNN, BBC and Al Jazeera.
