My hotel for a short stay in Madrid. The hotel is nice, with interesting room designs from renowned architects. Little bmol, no complimentary tea/coffee and water only on the day of arrival. So if you are looking for a slightly quirky comfortable hotel, this is a great choice.

Thoroughly enjoyed staying at the hotel, room was super comfy and well laid out. Would have been nice to visit the top floor but it was closed during our stay. Short walk to metro station made it easy to get in to the centre.

No airport shuttle
Beautiful rooms. We were on the 11th floor. Buffet breakfast is really impressive. But it said that there was a airport shuttle and there is none. Taxi was 33€ (fixed price). This hotel is far from everything!! They do have a restaurant on site but if ever i m in Madrid again I wouldn’t stay here just because there isn’t anything close

A great hotel located near metro station. The room was clean and well designed although was tired in some places, some of the furniture could do with replacing and the carpet too. Excellent staff and very attentive. Breakfast was great too , lots of choices, hot and cold selection, fresh fruit was delicious. I would definitely stay here again and love to experience a room on a different floor as each one is themed different - some very crazy but brilliant designs.

Receptionist was friendly. Lovely hotel both in and out - great concept for each floor ! Would've been nice the pool was open as it was still hot. View was amazing, food delicious and server was soo lovely as we were the only two ladies left towards end of closing

A very modern hotel renowned for the architecture. Unusual settings of each room. Electric curtains, open shower. The facilities in the room were good but lacking in the basics. There is no coffee/ tea station in the room. To turn the curtains on or off, one had to go to the room entrance door. Wish it was near the bedside. There were no electric points next to the bedside..

Excellent staff -- professional and courteous. Rooms and facility were cutting edge but are now a bit tired and in need of some maintenance or updates. Pool is a nice feature. Location is quite good. Nice walk to many restaurants or to public transport on metro. Street parking available nearby.

Everything was excellent except the outlets. We had to request extension cord to be able to use our phone charger. Good thi g is that the service man provided it right away, so it was taken care of within few minutes. It would've been appreciated if they had a table to put some stuff like in room breakfast, small microwave etc. Also refrigerator was not working right. Even after you keep water bottles in it overnight, it won't cool down. One final thing, shower / tub was open to sink and toilet seat, so it will wet those areas after you take shower. It would have been better if they had a shower curtain also or the shower head can be turned towards the wall to prevent mist spilling outside of the shower area. Vanity mirror vitually becomes useless die to fog after the shower due to inefficient ventilation. But let reiterate that despite of all of these issues it was awesome room with unique space ship theme.
