This hotel is wonderful. Even though it is huge, it works like a well oiled machine. From there delicious breakfast to the coordination of elevators, the cleanliness and the quiet. The location is incredible! With Plaza de España across the street and the metro within a few feet of the hotel door, getting anywhere is easy. Great experience overall.

Amazing service from every single person! Isabela in particular was very helpful with a dinner reservation and when I left my bag at the restaurant, coordinating with them for me to go pick it up.

The elevators are terrible, many rooms for 6 elevators that the bell service uses too. Breakfast the same every day for six days it’s not good. No fridge in the rooms and I ordered and they dont have. Babys milk open and throw away the rest (daily)

Can’t control ac on winter time, either hot or vent mode. No ac cool mode. Sometimes room was hot and you have to open window to let air in and cool it. But then you hear the noise from outside. Rooftop cool but overcrowded. Far from Plaza Mayor and Plaza del Sol. Breakfast was very good.

Nice hotel, if a bit sterile. my room (deluxe king) was good, but nothing special. The rooftop bars were very nice and had great views of the city. Breakfast offerings were substantial and the breakfast room was enormous. I would say that it is very similar to your average Marriott, Hyatt, Hilton, but with more staff.

Esta muy bien ubicado y es muy bonito y seguro. La terraza es espectacular. Sin embargo para un hotel de esta categoria espero mejores toallas en la habitacion. Estaban desiladas y muy finitas por tanto uso.

Perfect location and lovely hotel
Great location (plaza España metro right outside) easy to walk the Gran Via and get to other tourist sites. Hotels was modern clean and great atmosphere. Room was large and comfortable with great view of the plaza (604). Shower was great. Staff were friendly. We stopped off at the rooftop bar and restaurant for some drinks and tapas - amazing views and reasonable price. Would absolutely stay here again when visiting Madrid in the future.
