This hotel is not what I expected from Hyatt. We requested a twin room, with two beds and we got a room with no light and a very small window to an interior ugly and depressing fires escape. There was no sun light and the room was depressing. If the property would show true pictures on the website, we would have never booked a room there. Upon a request to change rooms, we were told that that is the only stack of rooms available as double rooms, and that we could get a suite with a King size bed ( not what we needed) and that was 100 Euros more per night. Other than that, the staff didn't offer any options and our stay in Madrid was not very pleasant.

Property is far away from the heart of Madrid, but very close to the stadium. Offers quiet and relax environment. Some of the check in staff were a bit rude when we arrived before our check in time to drop off our luggage. The bar has the best salted almonds with peanut samplers and the bar and restaurant staff were very warm.

酒店的suite算是含行政酒廊的费用，早上有简单的早餐，每天早上一早就开，晚上很晚才关。不用时段还变换着相应食物供应，太赞了。床很舒服，房间很大。但感觉酒店各部门沟通不太好，房内一个洗手池下水不畅，我没有提出，清洁工每天肯定能感觉到到四天过去没人来疏通。酒店的饭菜也是超赞的，虽然是一个bar，提供的菜品不算多。 check in没房间等到保证时间过了都没有只能出去。回来时房间有了，经验一个五星酒店，客人寄存的行李一旦有了房间会及时送到房间里，可是行李还需要我自己去拿或者等超过半小时的时间拿到我房间。
