The staff went out their way to be helpful to when we arrived early and our room wasn’t ready. Even offered and upgrade and a free cocktail. Hotel is lovely and elegant. Room has great amenities. Highly recommended.

Amazing hotel in a beautiful area. The staff will do everything to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. The hotel is so beautiful, the rooms are clean and the amenities are Molton Brown. Nice bar service a spectacular breakfast. Hands down to the staff and the hotel.

Noisy room mere metres from the lobby...
I've stayed at the Casona before back in 2018 and had an excellent stay. The main issue this time was the location of my room. It was literally 10m from the front check in desk - so i was woken up around 7am with the noise from the lobby. I'd challenge you to find a room closer to the lobby in any hotel. There are two rooms on the right as you enter - i would strongely recommend that you ask to be moved if given one of these. The room itself was of a good standard - a nice big bed with an excellent power shower. Breakfast was rather disappointing with a limited selection.
