Spectacular newly renovated and furnished villa located in the historic city of Alcalá de Henares. Very spacious and bright, it has a large garden area with a pool and barbecue. It has all the necessary amenities to have an unforgettable stay in Madrid. Wifi, Smart TV, washing machine, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, shampoo and gel, towels... The chalet has two fully furnished and very bright floors with capacity for up to 12 guests. The first floor is divided into five bedrooms, one of them with a double bed, another three with two single beds each, which can be separated or joined depending on the guest's needs, and a last room with two comfortable bunk beds. It also has three bathrooms, one of them with a bathtub and shower. It has a large living-dining room with a decorative fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker and complete set of dishes and a terrace at the entrance of the house.
The basement floor has a bedroom with two comfortable bunk beds, a toilet and a large bar area, equipped with a television, a sofa and a dining table. The garden area has a swimming pool, a barbecue and outdoor furniture for the use of guests. The house also has air conditioning in all rooms, heat pump, Wi-Fi and smart TV in the living room.

Una estancia espectacular
Desde el primer momento de la reserva, David el propietario estuvo en contacto con nosotros, preocupandose en todo momento por nuestra estancia, con propietarios de 10 da gusto reservar. Con respecto a la casa solo se puede decir una cosa, es genial, tiene todo lo que se necesita para estar como en tu casa, limpieza y comodidad excelente. La ubicación es perfecta, a un minuto del centro histórico.
Si fueramos de nuevo, seguro que repetiremos.
