Elegant and high quality stay
The ambient was cozy, relaxing and elegant. Food was amazing and they offer american as well as Spanish/European alternatives. The piano bar and the lobby books and reading area complement the good experience.

We were disappointed that the hotel airport shuttle cannot handle the number of guests and the driver is rude and attitude is indifferent. the hotel rep will not consider adding shuttle bus for the number of guests who were not taken because the bus is full. We booked specifically at this hotel because of the airport shuttle for our early flight and we were forced to take a taxi and pay more just so we will not miss our flight. Left a negative mark on your hotel.

Stayed one night before an early flight home. Convenient location to get to the airport, they do have a shuttle as well. Large room, comfy bed and good amenities. Really enjoyed the bartender Harry and had a good meal at the bar as well. Good value for money.

The property was clean, safe and quiet with excellent onsite dining options. Not much to do in the surrounding area as the location appears to be a bit isolated. However my stay was for one night only so did not get a chance to properly explore. Overall, a pleasant experience.

My room did not have hot water for my shower. I asked for a wake up call and did not receive one. I almost missed my courtesy bus for ride to airport. My taxi driver took me to the back instead of the front of the hotel because he did not see a convienent entrance for drop off.
