Upgraded for a view of the city but got a view of the trees. The noise from outside was constant until 3:00 am. I wasn't sure who was chatting and laughing every night, but it wouldn't let you sleep. The room is nice and clean, but what's the use if sleeping is difficult.

Nice hotel very well located near Prado, Reina Sofia and Atocha station. The windows are super thick but there is still some noise coming from the street. The beds are a little too hard. The personnel is extremely nice and helpful. The hotel is very clean, pleasant and modern. The restaurant in the lobby is excellent. Good experience overall.

Excelente opción para estar cerca del centro y del parque El Retiro. No doy las 5 estrellas porque a las 9 am en las habitaciones de al lado hubo muchísimo ruido. Creo que la gente de limpieza estaba acomodando las habitaciones pero lanzaban todo con golpes y nos despertaron.

The room was small but very clean. Unfortunately, we heard a lot of noise from the street and the bed and pillows were NOT comfortable. Great location. Nice breakfast buffet and nice restaurant downstairs for tapas and a glass of wine.

Its a good location and quiet at night and nice however was disappointed that for a 4 star does not have a bath, ability to log into netflix on the tv and really bad plumbing noises. A bit expensive for what you get.

Great location. Short walk to transportation, park and museums. Incredible balcony on 7th floor. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The apples and water in the lobby was appreciated. Fantastic water pressure and abundant hot water in the shower. The only downside for us was the mattress was uncomfortably hard. Would recommend to anyone visiting Madrid.
