Its a beautiful hotel that is well located close to 2 metro stops. The hotel has an excellent spa service. Our rooms were also great, the only downside is that is an $$$$ hotel, so if you have a limited budget, this is your first time in madrid and you are planning to expend a lot of time outdoors maybe this is not the best option for you.

This is an exceptional Hotel. The service was impeccable! The restaurant was excellent, with a great quality menu and variety. The pool and rooftop bar were perfect for a pre-dinner drink. Our first Gran Meliá stay and we truly enjoyed the hospitality, the property (rooftop bar and pool area) was a great place to have a pre-dinner drink and watch the sunset. The hotel was perfect. Great location , the beds were very comfortable. We had 3 rooms and everyone was very happy with the accommodations. The shower had very good water pressure. When i visit Madrid again, i will definitely return to this hotel.

When the flowers on your room service tray are dead and there is mold in the bathroom, the bed is hard, the service slow and the food bad there isn't much I can say about this hotel that would rate publishing.

The property has a good location, spacious rooms, attentive staff only at check in. Restaurant and bar staff are aloof and very unhelpful. Lots of staff but they wouldnt take our order. Had to wait at least 10 min for waitress to take our order while 4 waiters and a guy in a suit fluttered around avoiding eye contact. A lot of staff but uninterested in helping guests. Its ok but i dont think we will stay here again, a five star hotel is not just about the property and location but also about feeling welcome and we didnt feel welcome here.
