The room was small, didn't have a hot water pot for coffee or tea and there wasn't any available in the lobby either except at breakfast. Also, the bathroom door didn't close to allow for privacy. Because we reserved a room for 2, we expected that there would a place for 2 people to sit. This was not the case. We had one chair. The front desk staff was very helpful which is why I would probably choose to return or refer others to it.

The most comfortable beds very comfortable room, the AC was great, and the shower pressure is like no other. Amazing especially in the summer after a long day of walking. The bath towels are full size, which is great. I would stay here again and again. We had no complaints. The staff is amazing. Super friendly and helpful. Always accommodating.

Petit Palace was a treat. From the moment we walked in Alicia at the front desk was amazing. She made sure we were taken care of and gave us an amazing recommendation to Mercado de la Reina to have tapas and drinks. There was another young lady who helped me I needed a computer for work and she helped me. Breakfast was great. You are literally in the middle of everything. Primark and Zara are across the street there’s a Mercadona about 6 min walk to get your waters and whatever you need and very very cheap. I would definitely stay again from the front desk to the cleaning crew everyone was great

Great Location and Experience.
Loved this place, great service, great location, and very functional room layout. Only complaint was a weird smell from the plumbing that would linger sometimes after showering. Could have been just an issue with our room but other than that, would recommend staying here.

This was an amazing place to stay in Madrid. Right in the heart of the city. I wish it would've been 50 bucks cheaper per night, but market dictates price I guess. The staff is great and really helpful. Would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Great hotel and even greater staff especially Alicia who welcomed us with a big smile. All the team was very helpful and the location is excellent! The room was cleaned daily and had all that you need! Highly recommended!
