The staff are helpful and friendly. The breakfast buffet had lots of variety. The rooftop bar has great views, and you can't hear the street. The rooms have sound proof windows and thick curtains which makes the room very quiet for sleeping. We had a really enjoyable stay here.

Well-located hotel. Great staff, clean hotel. The only real negative we can think of is that the rooftop pool was ice cold. Even on a hot day, the water was too cold to get in.

The hotel rooms are smaller than advertised and there weren’t enough loungers by the pool for the guests. The pool was also cold and the water wasn’t super clean. It’s a good location but the pictures aren’t quite reality

Excelente hotel en Gran Vía, a pasitos de Plaza del Callao, Puerta del Sol, Plaza Mayor y Palacio Real. Fantástica la atención de todo el personal, empezando por la recepción. This property is in a fabulous location and had an amazing rooftop terrace with a small pool. Super comfy loungers, great after walking the city in the morning. Awesome staff at reception and at the rooftop bar. Unique rooms that evoked a Miami Beach art-deco vibe. Downside was that our toilet area didn’t smell so fresh. Other than that, we highly recommend this hotel for the leisure traveller.
