This hotel is in a great location for dinning, shopping, and the metro. Its location is perfect for nightlife yet quiet. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable and didnt hesitate to look up and print out directuons for us. The breakfast was nice, although most of the time we didnt get up in time to take advantage of it.The bed was comfortable but the best part was the shower. It had two options and both gave alot of water. Very soothing after a hot humid day on the town.

Excellent hotel with courteous staff. I rate it 4 stars because there was no mini bar in the room, making it difficult to keep cold water and other beverages in the room. Everything else was excellent

The rooms shown on the website have nothing to do with the real rooms. The actual rooms are so small that there is no place at all to open the suitcase. I had to place mine on the bed. Luckily the bed was queen size and I was able to sleep on the other side. The location however, is excellent. The front door opens unto a pedestrian walkway full of restaurants.

Fabulous!
A lovely boutique hotel experience! Great location. The design of this space was bold with functional and comfortable room amenities. All reception staff were kind and accommodating. Highly recommend staying here for solo or paired travelers! Staying here the day after traveling was a great space to reorient myself to the new city!

Great stay! The friendliest staff. Absolutely a pleasure. They work so hard and we’re so patient with the most unreasonable and entitled guests that we witnessed. Room was nice and clean, and AC worked really well which is a necessity in Madrid. On a very busy street but we barely heard anything from our room due to great insulation. Lobby is way too small and can get frustrating at check in and check out. Good location.

Location location and assistance provided. Breakfast was good. Accommodated my needs and early check in, helped a lot to get rest from an overnight flight. The receptionist was so wonderful. The staff in the kitchen during breakfast were wonderful and nice. Food was great and fresh with good selection and variety. The only thing that will keep me from going back here is that I didn’t really see how small the space in the room and bathroom. My husband struggled to move around. But overall this hotel was great.

First night was a bad experience cause I was placed right across from the cafeteria and woke up by the noises very early in the morning. Also bed was made of two twin beds. I have back injuries and requested queen or king size bed at every property and was disappointed that my first room was not what I requested. I did request for a room change the next morning and sleeping quality and back pain were much better off. Other things like decoration and which side of the building it was faced wasn’t exactly matching the pictures shown in the description. Location and how clean the room was really have no words against them.

The place is located in a convenient area, there are many restaurants around and places to shop that are close by. This hotel is also located quite close to some common tourist attractions which was also nice since it was a walking distance. The hotel itself is cute, it’s a chic hotel style. The staff was very nice, kind and prompt to provide services needed. The only things I would say is that the room was small. And the breakfast was not worth the $14 for buffet style. They do have some great coffee though!!! In both the room and the breakfast room.

Good hotel in a good location
Good clean hotel in a great location close to bars, shops restaurants. Room was at the back of the hotel so very quiet and black out curtains made for a good night sleep. Bathroom was only small but good shower. Overall good hotel and we would certainly stay here again
