What a great find this place was. Spacious , modern premises , great rooms, great facilities and staff who really care about your experience. Rooftop bar, pool and gym and lovely breakfasts. All this and competitively priced. Totally recommended.

Friendly staff! Shoutout to Maria who was the one who helped me for an early check in. The facility is clean, fancy, not a typical type of hotel. Very impressive! I also love the rooftop bar. It is also a 10min walk close to metro station. I would recommend this hotel specially for solo traveler. Excellent! 10 out of 10!

We had a pleasant stay at the hotel in Madrid. The receptionist was exceptionally kind and welcoming, she even recommend activities that locals enjoy, helping us experience the true Spanish vibe. The room was clean and felt new, which we appreciated. However, we stayed on the ground floor, and the window faced an alley, so the room was always dark, with no sunlight reaching it. We requested a different room, but unfortunately, none were available. Overall, it was a good experience, and the location was fantastic.

Kinda weird
This place progressively went from different/interesting to just bizarre. Finding the weird circular reception desk at the back of the large cafe was an odd start. Then my room was the darkest hotel room I’ve ever had. Low natural light is common, but when all of the lighting is dim, and all the furniture is black, it starts getting weird. I struggled to find the power outlets. It turned out they were integrated into the black bed frame behind the black nightstand. The first hour I didn’t even realize there was a mini-fridge hidden in a small black cabinet. Then there was the bathroom - black tile floor, black tile walls. It was bizarre. But I rolled with it because I had everything I need. But then the “Community Kitchen” turned out to be for students only. It’s one thing to not have a microwave, but it’s another to offer it to only certain guests. I guess I needed to get my Ph.D in order to reheat some leftovers. Then there is the €35 per hour fee for a late check-out. I’ve never been to a hotel that didn’t give you at least an hour for free. The Social Hub is an intriguing concept, but I think their desire to be hip and trendy supersedes guest comfort, so I will not be booking here again.

The hotel is modern with multiple common areas for relaxing. The room was a decent size, clean and with a very comfortable bed and an excellent price for such a convenient location in the city. The rooftop bar and restaurant was an added bonus perfect for dinner and/or a drink.

I highly recommend this hotel to everyone who want to stay in Madrid. The hotel is very stylish and well equipped. The staff and their service are perfect! Also, there is free gym room, pool & bar and free laundry. We enjoyed a lot our stay here and will definitely come back next time!
