Entire apartment in a chalet in Colonia del Manzanares, near Ciudad Universitaria. It is located in a very quiet area, connected to Madrid Rio. It is a 15-minute walk from Principe Pio. You can take buses a two-minute walk away. These go to the center and to different parts of Madrid and pass through Principe Pio, you can go to Plaza España on foot in approximately half an hour.
In addition to 2 bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large living room with sofas and a sofa bed, it has a very pleasant interior garden patio and a landscaped exterior patio that in summer casts shade on the house to make it cooler.
