Exellent stay at the Hammer's in Magdeburg
My wife and I had a very pleasant stay in Magdeburg. The Hammer's were very friendly and provided us with many suggestions for our trips, - mainly on our bicycles. We did not have to use our car the four days we were there. Our accomodation was an extra house with all the necessary utensils, and then there was the pool which we were free to use. All in all. We can only recommend the place.

Es war einfach nur super, total nette Gastgeber, bzw. Vermieter. Privater und für die Öffentlichkeit unzugänglicher Parkplatz, so das auch das Auto sicher geparkt werden kann. Das Objekt selbst ist voll ausgestattet und es fehlt einem an nichts. Eine vollwertige kleine aber sehr feine Ferienwohnung, dazu noch ein hübscher Garten und ein Pool. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Bei Fam. Hammer haben wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Straßenbahnhaltestelle war nicht weit entfernt. Mit der Tageskarte der Straßenbahn waren alle sehenswerte Orte Magdeburgs zu erreichen.

Der Aufenthalt in der Wohnung war super. Die Vermieterin war sehr nett und hat uns sofort alles gezeigt. Babybett wurde auch zur Verfügung gestellt. Den Pool hätten wir mit benutzen können, die Zeit hat nur gefehlt. Super Lage. Waren nicht weit entfernt vom Magdeburger Zoo und könnten dies zu Fuß gehen. Bahnanbindung war auch ein paar Gehminuten entfernt. War wirklich eine super Wohnung und sehr liebe Vermieterin

Ferienwohnung ist weiterzuempfehlen
Dies ist eine sehr schöne Ferienwohnung. Die Lage ist super. Verkehrsmäßig gut angeschlossen und man ist imnu in der Innenstadt von Magdeburg. Sie ist ruhig gelegen und wir fühlten uns auch sehr sicher. Unser Auto durften wir auf dem Grundstück parken, welches immer abgeschlossen wurde. Unsere E-Bikes konnten wir in der Garage abstellen. Im Schlafzimmer ist zwar kein Kleiderschrank, dafür stehen aber im Flur 2 Schränke. Das Wohnzimmer mit Kochbereich ist sehr groß und gemütlich. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und entgegenkommend.

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt
Familie Hammer ist super nett, hilfsbereit und unkompliziert. Es hat alles reibungslos geklappt. Die Lage ist äußerst praktisch - nur 2x abbiegen von der "Stadtautobahn" und trotzdem sehr ruhig in einem reinen Wohngebiet gelegen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und ein paar nette Restaurants, wenn man mal nicht kochen will, gibts in der Nähe. Wir waren dort im Herbst, aber trotz der niedrigen Außentemperaturen war die Wohnung dank Fußbodenheizung kuschelig warm. Die Wohnung ist voll ausgestattet, da fehlt es an nichts und insbesondere der zauberhafte, große Garten (mit Pool) und vielen schönen, auch überdachten Sitzgelegenheiten, ist auch für Kinder gut geeignet. Ich habe nur zwei kleinere Kritikpunkte - aber das ist "Jammern auf hohem Niveau" - sie waren denn auch nicht ausschlaggebend genug für eine Abwertung bei den Sternen: 1 - Vorhänge in der Wohnküche: Auf der Wohnzimmer-Seite wäre zumindest ein halber Fensterstore schön, dann fühlt man sich tagsüber nicht so auf dem Präsentierteller (auch wenn da eigentlich wirklich niemand Fremdes rein sieht). Am Küchenfenster hingegen wäre ein Rollo oder ein auch bei Dunkelheit blickdichter Vorhang schön, denn da hat man Abends vom Nachbarhaus wirklich unverstellten Einblick. 2 - Betten Die beiden Betten im Schlafzimmer sind (leicht unterscchiedliche) Einzelbetten. Wir fanden das nicht weiter schlimm, aber zum kuscheln sind sie definitiv ungeeignet ;-). Dafür sind die Matratzen sehr angenehm. Das Schlafsofa in der Wohnküche ist aufgeklappt wunderbar breit - man sollte aber eine Auflage verwenden, denn ansonsten ist es stellenweise sehr hart und unbequem. Aber nichts davon steht einer ganz klaren Empfehlung im Wege und auch wir werden vermutlich irgendwann wieder kommen!
