Hervorragend!
Wir senden liebe Grüße nach Magdeburg und bedanken uns für den Aufenthalt in der sehr gut ausgestatteten und großräumigen Ferienwohnung. Der Aufstieg zur Wohnung ist sportlich, aber durchaus machbar. Belohnt wird man mit einem herrlichen Blick über die Dächer der Stadt einschließlich Sonnenuntergang.

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit überdurchschnittlicher Ausstattung. Etwas Kondition sollte man haben, die Wohnung liegt im der 5. Etage - Aufzug ist nicht vorhanden. Einen Parkplatz vorm Haus haben wir immer gefunden.

Schöne kleine Ferienwohnung in zentraler Lage
Die Ferienwohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man so braucht, für zwei oder drei Personen optimal. Die Lage ist wunderbar zentral gelegen, dadurch aber leider nicht ruhig. Die Dachterrasse ist super! Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Schöne Wohnung mit kleiner Dachterrasse. Ausstattung zum Kochen etc. umfangreich, Sauberkeit top. Innenstadt innerhalb von ca. 20 min problemlos zu Fuß erreichbar. Parkplatz ist entweder vor dem Haus oder gegenüber in einer Seitenstraße auf jeden Fall zu bekommen.

Alles zu unserer Zufriedenheit. Super ausgestattet, es fehlt an nichts. Nett eingerichtet, wirklich toll. Lediglich die Betten waren unserer Meinung nicht mehr Opti. Das eine Straßenbahn vor der Straße fährt hat uns nicht so gestört, ist eben so. Die Treppe muss man als sportliche Übung nehmen, ist ja auch gut für die Gesundheit. Wir haben uns, bis auf die Betten, wohlgefühlt.

Die Wohnung ist im 5 Stock und somit wirklich nicht für jeden geeignet, aber so ist es auch beschrieben. Die Wohnung war für einen Kurztripp ganz ok. Die Küche etwas abgerockt aber erstaunlich gut bestückt mit Geschirr, sogar Kaffe, Gewürze, Tee, Öl usw. waren zu finden. Die Kaffeekanne der Kaffeeemaschine war schwarz von innen, kein Problem, habe ich ein paar Stunden eingeweicht und schon glänzte sie wieder. Die Betten waren für unsere Rücken leider eine Qual und so konnten wir den Urlaub nicht so gut genießen. Das Bad war schön und sauber, reichlich Handtücher lagen bereit. Meinem Mann gefiel die Lage der Wohnung da der Bahnhof, die Einkaufsmeile, der Dom usw fußläufig gut zu erreichen war. Mit einem sicheren Parkplatz konnte die Wohnung nicht auftrumpfen da nur unmittelbar vor dem Haus auf dem Bürgersteig geparkt werden konnte wenn was frei war (sehr hoher Bordstein). Der Blick von der Terasse geht in den Innenhof der umliegenden Häuser. Die etwas schäbige Haustür hatte als Ersatz für ein Glas ein Stück Pappe aufgeklebt, ich gehe mal davon aus das hier noch eine Reparatur an steht. Im Treppenhaus lag nichts herum allerdings waren die Wände dreckig, wie es halt so ist wenn sehr viele Parteien in einem Haus wohnen (von denen man aber wirklich nichts gehört hat, das war sehr angenehm).

Ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt
Diese süße und modern ausgestattete Wohnung ist beeindruckend sauber und unfassbar gut ausgestattet. Von der kleinen Dachterrasse hat man einen wunderschönen Ausblick. Im Sommer wahrscheinlich ein Traum. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt! Auch wenn sie im 5. Stock liegt ;-), werden wir die Wohnung garantiert das nächste Mal wieder buchen!

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, ordentlich und super ausgestattet. Von der Mikrowelle überWaschmaschine, Bügeleisen etc alles vorhanden. TV sowohl digital als auch Fire TV Stick. Auf der Terrasse kann man schön sitzen und Teile der Stadt überblicken.
