Wir haben 4 entspannte Tage in dieser ruhig gelegenen Ferienwohnung verbracht. Wobei trotzdem ein Bäcker und weitere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, sowie die Altstadt, fußläufig oder mit dem Fahrrad, in 10 - 20 Minuten, zu erreichen sind. Die Wohnung bietet viel Platz, ist lichtdurchflutet und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Auf Sauberkeit, Ordnung und Freundlichkeit wird hier sehr viel Wert gelegt. Der Vermieter ist ein zuverlässiger Ansprechpartner bei allen Anliegen und steht mit Rat und Tat beiseite. Ich denke die Wohnung ist gleichermaßen für alle Altersgruppen, Päarchen und Familien geeignet. Wir haben uns hier jedenfalls sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen wieder. Vielen Dank

Für einen dreitätigen Trip nach Magdeburg eine sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung mit allem was wir uns so wünschen und entspricht den Angaben, die in der Beschreibung stehen. Vom Bahnhof eine gute Erreichbarkeit mit der Tram in drei Stationen. Marc war immer für uns ansprechbar und wir haben alle Vorabinfos von ihm frühzeitig erhalten. Wir können den Aufenthalt bei Marc sehr empfehlen.

Super Aufenthalt
Leider kann ich nichg mehr Sterne vergeben. Schon vor der Reise nahm man Kontakt zu uns auf um die Ankuft und Abreise zu planen. Bei Ankunft gab es dann noch ein kurzes Telefonat mit dem Besitzer, welcher auch sehr freundlich war. Da wir später an der Unterkunft ankamen, da wir erst noch unsere Familie vor Ort besucht hatten, wurde der Achlüssel in einem Schlüsselsafe hinterlegt. Besser kann man es nicht haben. Die Wohnung ist sehr groß und die Ausstattung ist sehr modern, sauber und in einem sehr guten Zusatnd. Es gab nichts was wir vermisst hätten. Ganz großes +, gerade im Sommer: Der Kühlschrank war direkt schon sehr kalt eingestellt. Oftmals ist der kühlschrank recht schwach eingestellt. Hier war der Kühlschrank bereits richtig kalt und wir konnten ihn sofort befüllen und die Getränke konnten schnell runter gekühlt werden. Internet, streamingdienste, was eill man noch mehr? Das Haus liegt in einer Nebenstraße, man keinen wirklichen Straßenlärm, im Umfeld gibt es genügend Parkplätze und auch die restlichen Bewohner des Hauses waren nicht laut bzw wir haben niemanden hören können. Für die nächsten Besuche der Familie werden definitiv diese Wohnung wieder buchen. Kann man nix falsch machen, von uns klare Empfehlung.
