Villa Mannu is an independent, well-equipped intergenerational holiday home in a tranquil rural coastal setting of Sardinia. It sleeps a maximum of 9 people (7 adults maximum from ages 12 onwards)
It has easy access to numerous beaches, a harbour town close by, and incredibly scenic views of the sea and peninsula. It has an infinity saline pool WHICH IS OPEN BETWEEN JUNE AND SEPTEMBER ONLY.

We have decided to make a living room area with double sofa bed. Therefore we will now accommodate 7 persons and a further 2 on request. We feel that whilst the villa has more than amble space for 9 in good weather it struggles if you have to stay indoors. So we are now recommending 7 persons with a living room area as well as kitchen dining area for additional comfort.

In June 2022 we opened our private salinated infinity pool! A 9x8m L-shaped infinity pool. Divided into three levels; level 1 for very young children (68cm depth), level 2 to sit and enjoy the panorama (1.2m depth), and a third deeper level (1.5m). It truly is an experience to swim in a saltwater-based pool and much nicer on the skin. As for the view from the infinity aspect? Well, just look at our photos.
NOTE: THE POOL IS OPEN FROM THE BEGINNING OF JUNE TO THE END OF SEPTEMBER.
The villa is air-conditioned and heating is provided in colder months (automated through the use of solar panels and a battery storage area at specific times of the day and therefore not 24/7. 24/7 use is an extra charge, 100 euro per week). It has 4 bedrooms (and 4 bathrooms two of which are en suite and the third literally next door). Further, the living room can be made up with a sofa bed to equip 2 further quests on request. There are two upper-floor veranda areas with the most spectacular views of the coastline We also have a mezzanine area upstairs with books, TV videos, and PlayStation games for younger adults.
The villa is located less than a 10-minute drive from the fishing town of Bosa on the NW coastline of Sardinia. It is a tranquil area within a hamlet of small houses, a church, and a piazza. Restaurants and bars are within a 15-minute walk during the tourist season.
NOTE: We feel it important for guests to realise they are in a idyllic rural setting as such, like many houses and villas in Sardinia they rely on septic tanks for drainage and sewage and that being in a rural environment, insect and wildlife such as lizards,bees and other insects are inescapable. They rarely present an issue for guests but it is good to be aware of your surroundings before you book.
Sandy beaches are within walking distance and a short drive will take you to secluded and tranquil coves as well as beaches with nightclubs and discos in the town of Bosa.

It has modern amenities including a 9x8m infinity salinated pool (not heated and only available from June to the end of September) fiber internet throughout the house and garden area (up to 96/MBs ), air-conditioning/ heating, and entertainment systems. The villa has mosquito protection in ALL bedrooms. It is very much complete with all necessary household amenities and we can supply extra equipment for small infants and babies on request.
NOTE: A Video security camera covers the front entrance of the villa and is always on. Other cameras are removed when guests are in the property.
