Excellent - especially the staff.
Receptionist immediately sorted different room for us as one of us has mobility problems. There is no lift. Staff in general are outstanding, as mentioned in other reviews. Special mention of Lennon in the bar who on a very busy night (there was a birthday party being held in annex) who was so efficient and pleasant. We were there for a couple of nights visiting family. Will definitely be back.

A lovely stay and the staff were all fantastic !
Lovely break away for a family party, hotel staff were all brilliant and although the property is a little tired the bed was super comfy, rooms lovely/clean and the location really handy for us. Special call out to the staff, in particular the bar team who looked after us so well on Sat 11th.

It was an overnight stay for my wife and I . We had stayed at Orida twice before . We have always enjoyed our time there but perhaps the check-in staff could have been a bit friendlier. Other thank that, we had a pleasant stay.

Our room was near the staircase and was noisy from loud people most of the night. Beds were clean and comfortable. Carpet needs a clean. Pool, steam room and sauna were great.

Great customer service. Very friendly staff. However called them to book directly with the hotel to get a better price, was quoted higher. They did agree to price match but not reduced price which is strange, coukd have saved themselves travel agents fee.

The hotel has a suitable family room for 5 people which saves money, beds are comfortable, swimming and spa facilities are included. However the room was cold as the heating max temperature isn't hot enough.We had to ask for extra blankets and a portable heating. I struggled with respiratory allergies because I am allergic to animal fur as the hotel allows pets in any room and my allergies flare up because pets stayed in our room. Even we heard a dog barking few doors from us. My daughter could not breath after going in buble bath in the swimming pool in fact the rest of us had burning eyes. We could smell the excessive amount of chlorine in the water. The breakfast was disappointing. Lacked variety: no baguettes, crusty rolls, pastries and nothing was fresh even the fruits looked like was cutted a week before. The pancakes were coming out under cooked and heavy from a machine and they tested plastic.

Had an enjoyable stay as two adults and three children in a family room with breakfast for two nights. The health spa facilities were in good condition, pool was warm, and the gym has had a decent refurbishment. Breakfast buffet enjoyable, and even more so as table service on our second morning where we ticked what we wanted from a list of hot items and they were served plated to our table. A great way to stop waste. You do need a car as not much else around other than a large NEXT, Costa, M&S a short walk away. Only 10min drive into Maidstone town centre. A star is marked down as the comforters on the beds are too heavy and hot for a comfortable night’s sleep. I had to remove the duvet and just use the cover in the end. Overall our stay was exactly what we were after in terms of rest and relaxation. All the staff we came across were really friendly and helpful. We would happily return.

Went for a massage the young lady masseuse was excellent and was great value i would of liked if the light was more dimmed down though to fully relax as was quite bright in there. Hotel staff was all lovely. Would definitely stay again.

Lovely hotel but could be better
The customer service was really great and the family room was airy and warm. The beds could have been more comfortable they were on the hard side. The pool was perfect temperature. The restaurant food was average and was extremely slow so if you have kids I would not recommend. They charge for parking on a per night basis which I think is not right and should be included as with most hotels which have their own parking.
