It is located on the 2nd floor with an elevator.

Tastefully decorated, this lovely 40m2 apartment is close to various top attractions, stores, supermarkets and plenty of restaurants in the surrounding areas with multiple gastronomy options.

The living room features a convertible sofa bed where you can relax, a wide-screen TV to watch all your favourite shows and a dining table. The area has a warm ambience and a lot of natural sunlight that brightens the space, making it even more inviting.

This space also has a kitchenette fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery that you will need to whip up a delicious meal, including an electric hob, microwave, and coffee machine, among other utilities. A washing machine is also available if you wish to do the laundry.

The bedroom is a pleasant room with a queen bed, a wardrobe, and a chest of drawers and comes with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure maximum comfort.

Lastly, the bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including clean towels and toiletries for your convenience.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

This address is in a great location to explore the city. Some nearby attractions include the Mercado Central de Atarazanas, Alcazaba, Catedral de la Encarnación de Málaga, and El Pimpi. The area also has several restaurants and bars, such as Mercado Central de Atarazanas, Centro Comercial Larios Centro, and El Pimpi. With so much to see and do nearby, this address is the perfect starting point for discovering all Malaga offers.

It is conveniently located near various transportation options. The nearest station, Guadalmedina, is just a 13-minute walk away, providing easy access to public transportation. Additionally, Atarazanas station is located 1.3 km from the address, offering another convenient option for commuting.

Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen; we will gladly provide an additional charge.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
