Im a bit dissapointed when i first arrived to check in. The receptionist told me that my booking was unknown so the room is full already. They said the hotel dont have a cooperation with hotel.com so they dont know whether my booking/my payment is valid or not. After long argues,i finally got a room..but it is lower standard than what i booked. I booked superior room in a high floor but i get an old standard cottage in the bottom areas.so inconvenient. Im not sure whether their claim is true or not since at the same time the hotels was full of the tourist group..maybe it is the reason why i get dumped? For your info, there was no computer in the receptionist desk..im not sure whether they can manage the online booking as well..
