newly renovated apartment, located on the first floor of a house by the lake in the picturesque old town of Malcesine. The apartment has a double bedroom and a twin bedroom with a third pull-out bed. Both bedrooms have a balcony facing the lake. Bathroom with shower, large kitchen-living room with table, chairs, sofa and TV. WiFi and air conditioning. On the ground floor there is a splendid terrace for common use with deck chairs and the possibility of entering the water via a small ladder. Also on the ground floor room with heated whirlpool usable from 15.09 to 15.06. Possibility of bicycle parking. Private car park nearby.

Gorgeous lakefront getaway.
A beautiful apartment in a charming town, right on the water, with spectacular views of Lake Garda. The property was spotless and Stefania could not have been more accommodating. A wonderful escape for a few days.

Beautiful idyllic location over looking Lake Garda
Perfect location to explore town of Malcesine. Loads of small shops, bar and excellent restaurants to choice from, restaurant directly outside apartment definitely worth a visit with friendly staff. There are lake taxis and ferries available to take you to other town surrounding the lake. Cycling is great for those who enjoy and bikes available to rent next to the cable car up the mountains . Free parking space available a short walk away. Thank you Stefania for a lovely stay.

We absolutely loved our stay in this property. It was ideally situated in central Malcesine, with views across the lake. Stefania was very helpful and welcoming. We will definitely be booking again as soon as we can.

Malcesine hat uns gut gefallen. Die Wohnung war top. Stefania Barzoi ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Leider wurde auf der Sonnenterrasse geangelt, sodass wir diese nur eingeschrƤnkt nutzen konnten. Der Zugang zum See war meistens blockiert und die Sonnenliegen morgens frĆ¼h mit HandtĆ¼chern reserviert. Wir mƶchten gerne nochmal wiederkommen. Wir wĆ¼rden dann aber die Wohnung in der dritten Etage mit eigener Terrasse bevorzugen.

Wir sind restlos begeistert von der Wohnung und ihrer sehr freundlichen immer hilfsbereiten Vermieterin. Die Lage direkt am Wasser mitten in Malcesine eignet sich wunderbar fĆ¼r einen entspannten Urlaub. Die Burg ist nicht weit, ebenso der Hafen mit Schiffsanleger, der historische Stadtkern, alles in unmittelbarer NƤhe. Das komplett ausgestattete grosse Appartement mit direktem Zugang zum See runden den Gesamteindruck ab. Bei schlechterem Wetter kann man zusƤtzlich auch den Whirlpool nutzen. Abends sitzt man auf dem Balkon und geniesst die Ruhe mit einem Glas Lugana. Wir kommen gern wieder.

Einzigartige Lage
Wir haben in dieser Wohnung 2 wunderbare Wochen im Juli verbracht. Die sehr saubere Wohnung ist modern und komfortabel eingerichtet. Das Besondere ist die 1a Lage am Porto Vecchio und der Einstieg in den See von der Gemeinschaftsterrasse aus. Stefania ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir kƶnnen die Wohnung nur empfehlen und werden bestimmt noch einmal wiederkommen.

Die Lage ist ein Traum, unmittelbar am kleinen Porto Vecchio mit einem herrlichen Blick Ć¼ber den See. Das Apartment ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet, supersauber, die Betten sind bequem, die Heizung funktioniert (im zeitigen FrĆ¼hjahr nicht unwichtig) und der gemeinschaftlich genutzte Whirlpool mit privatem Einstieg in den See im Anschluss ist das I-TĆ¼pfelchen. Man sollte wissen, dass man mit dem Auto nicht ranfahren kann und deshalb mit kompaktem GepƤck anreisen (die freundliche Vermieterin hat uns das GepƤck mit ihrem Lastenfahrrad vom Parkplatz zur Wohnung gebracht). Direkt unter dem Fenster gibt es zwei Restaurants, die bei AuƟenbetrieb im Sommer sicher eine ordentliche GerƤuschkulisse bieten. Das sollte man mƶgen. DafĆ¼r ist der Weg zur Pizza unschlagbar kurz. Wir werden gern wiederkommen.

Im Herzen von Malcesine
Wir hatten eine sehr schƶne, neue und saubere Wohnung, die perfekt ist, fĆ¼r eine Familie mit zwei Kindern. Stefania ist eine sehr freundliche Vermieterin. Der Blick und die Lage am See sind grandios, gleichzeitig ist man aber mitten in der Stadt unmittelbar an den Hauptattraktionen von Malcesine (Altstadt, Burg, Seilbahn). Eine direkte Zufahrt mit dem Auto bis vor das Haus ist nicht mƶglich. Das GepƤck wurde von der Vermieterin mit einem Lastenfahrrad transportiert. Der Parkplatz ist in der NƤhe der Seilbahn, dies sind 7 Minuten zu FuƟ bzw. ungefƤhr 450m. Aber der Weg lohnt sich.

Mitten in der Altstadt mit groƟen Erholungsfaktor !!!
Wunderschƶne saubere Wohnung am Seeufer. Mitten in der Altstadt aber zum See hin wunderbar ruhig. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Nette Vermieterin die jeder Zeit erreichbar und behilflich mit dem GepƤck war. Wir haben es sehr genossen und die 5* Sterne ist das Gesamtpaket wert. Noch zur Empfehlung, das Restaurant direkt vor der FeWo ist unbedingt zu besuchen! Um jeden einzelnen Gast bemĆ¼ht mit hervorragenden Speisen.

Sehr schƶne Lage mit kleiner, gemeinsam zu benutzender Terasse direkt am See. Wenn man ins Wasser springt bekommt man vom ganzen Trubel in Malcesine nichts mehr mit und ist trotzdem mittendrin. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefĆ¼hlt. Stefania ist eine sehr nette Gastgeberin. Jeden Tag wurden das gemeinschaftlich genutzte Erdgeschoss gereinigt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
