The apartment is located in a quiet residence in a hilly area 150m above the lake level and 2.5 km from the center of Malcesine, with an amazing view of the lake and the mountains of the Brescia side.
It is composed by a large living area with a kitchen and a double sofa bed, a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with shower and a small terrace that offers a magnificent view.
Totally renowed in 2018, it is furnished in industrial style and equipped with all comforts: TV 40 ", dishwasher, washing machine, stove, oven, microwave, hairdryer, wi-fi, electric coffee maker.
The residence is surrounded by an olive grove with various areas of relax and has ample parking.
The heated swimming pool, open from 20th of May to 20th of September, and solarium are located in a scenic area on the lake and equipped with modern sun loungers and a hot shower.

Lake Garda Stay

The view from our apartment was breathtakingly beautiful! The apartment was well equipped with everything we needed. The only drawbacks were the pool was very cold and they were many steps to get up to the apartment. Luckily the property manger and his son helped with our luggage. It quite a drive tp get up to the apartment but once we got there we didn't want to leave!

Gepflegte Unterkunft mit wunderschönem Ausblick!

Wir haben eine Woche in der Unterkunft verbracht und es hat uns super gefallen! Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und gepflegt, der Ausblick ist fantastisch. Auch der Pool-Bereich hat uns besonders gut gefallen. Da die Unterkunft etwas weiter oben liegt, muss man sich darauf entsprechend einstellen. Mit dem Auto ist es aber gar kein Problem, genügend Parkplätze gibt es auch. Die Kommunikation vor Ort war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, vielen Dank dafür! Wir kommen gerne wieder

Ruhepause oberhalb von Malcesine

Außergewöhnliche Ferienanlage mit einer gigantischen Sicht auf den Gardasee. Neue Poolanlage. Freundlicher Empfang und Einweisung. Die Wohnung war sauber, gut ausgestattet. Die Anfahrt ist eng und steil aber es lohnt sich.

Moderne Wohnung mit toller Aussicht

Für Ruhesuchenende ist die Wohnung perfekt gelegen, mit wunderbaren Blick auf den See und Malcesine. Die Auffahrt mit dem Auto ist sehr steil, wenn man gut zu Fuß ist läuft man ca. 20 Minuten in den Ort. Die Wohnung ist mit allem was man braucht ausgestattet, modern eingerichtet und der Hausmeister ist wirklich sehr zuvorkommend! Das Einzige Manko: die Sauberkeit! Von unseren Vorgängern waren noch die Spiegel verschmiert und es war leider sehr sehr staubig!

Wunderbare Aussicht. Toller Platz. Der Hausmeister Hussein hilft und unterstützt. Eine echte Perle. Auch der Vermieter ist bei evtl. Problemen ansprechbar und sehr entgegenkommend. Die Wohnung ist gut und ausreichend ausgestattet. Optimierungstipp: Das quietischige Bettgestell ersetzen.

Die Aussicht von dem Apartment auf den Gardasee war wie beschrieben, wunderschön! Der Pool und die Anlage sind sehr gepflegt. Der Hausmeister Hussein ist lobend zu erwähnen, sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Anfahrt zu der Anlage ist zum Teil sehr steil, das sollte eigentlich kein Problem für die meisten sein.

Herrlicher Blick auf den See

Es war eine wunderschöne Woche bei herrlichem Sonnenschein. Der Blick auf den See ist fantastisch und der Pool ist einmalig. Der Weg nach Malcesine ist relativ gut zu laufen, rückwärts aber recht steil, so dass man eigentlich auf das Auto angewiesen ist.

Traumhafter Ausblick und Ruhe

Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und alles entspricht den Bildern der Anzeige. Wer Ruhe sucht und einen traumhaften Blick über den Gardasee genießen will, ist hier richtig! Auch der Pool ist super. Mit dem Auto ist die Anfahrt kein Problem, aber zu Fuß ist es dann doch sehr anstrengend. Der Hausmeister war sehr nett. Kritikpunkt: Sauberkeit (am Boden, teilweise auch an Sofakissen, waren etliche Haare, vermutlich Hundehaare, was mit unserem Baby ziemlich nervig war). Schneidebretter in der Küche wären noch eine gute Anschaffung.

Wunderbarer Ort für entspannten Urlaub

Die Lage der Garden Residence ist einmalig! Eine wunderbar gepflegte Anlage. Wir wurden herzlich von Herrn Ghassani begrüßt, der die Anlage vortrefflich versorgt. Tatsächlich ist die Adresse recht hoch gelegen und es erfordert ein wenig Kondition, um dort täglich zu Fuß in die Stadt und zurück zu pendeln, für uns nach einer einwöchigen Hüttentour in den Alpen schon fast Erholung 😉 Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet, es ist alles da, was man im Urlaub benötigt. Das Highlight war für uns der erfrischende und schön angelegte Pool mit dem tollen Blick über den Gardasee! Sehr sauber und gepflegt und ein freundliches Miteinander unter den anwesenden Urlaubsgästen. Insgesamt win wunderbar erholsamer Urlaub für uns!

Erholsames Feriendomizil

Superschönes Apartement,indem 3Personen gut Platz haben. Es liegt gut 1,5 km in den Bergen, von wo man einen sehr schönen Blick auf den Gardasee hat. Wer die Ruhe liebt, ist dort richtig. Desweiteren gibt es einen grossen Pool. Dort kann man viel Spaß haben. Der einzige Makel war, dass das Apartment eine gewisse Unsauberkeit aufwies. Ansonsten hat uns unser Urlaub und Feriendomizil sehr schön gefallen.

Eine sehr schöne Wohnung mit toller Aussicht! Leider sehr hoch gelegen. Mit dem Auto oder E-bike aber kein Problem. Die Ferienwohnung ist gut ausgestattet. Ein Toaster wäre noch toll gewesen. Der Hausmeister ist super nett. Mit dem Bus nach Venedig ist zu empfehlen. Wir haben die Zeit genossen.
