Perfect villa in lovely location
We stayed in this villa for a week in June with friends, in total there for 4 adults and 2 babies. The villa was perfect for our requirements, it is in a great location with all the facilities you need. The villa is finished to a very high standard, it was perfectly clean and tidy with plenty of indoor and outdoor space. It is in a quiet location with sea views. The owner went the extra mile to provide everything we needed and to ensure the babies were accommodated for. He is extremely friendly and helpful, spending time with us when we checked in to make sure we knew how everything worked and what was around the local area. I would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking to go to Croatia. We can't wait to go back.

Alles wunderbar!
Wir haben das Haus mit acht Personen (2 Familien) genutzt und es war alles wunderbar. Gut ausgestattet und wirklich ausreichend gross. Wir fanden es wirklich sehr, sehr sauber. Die Küche ist nicht sehr groß, aber ausreichend, auch wenn man richtig kocht. Achtung: Es gibt keinen Backofen. Morgens kann man mit dem Auto Brötchen holen (3min) oder zu Fuß (ein Weg 15 min), was wir immer gerne gemacht haben. In Malinska kann man abends am Hafen verweilen. Es hat keine Strandpromenade im klassischen Sinne, dennoch ist es nett. Malinska ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt, um die Insel zu erkunden. Wie waren in Ende Mai da, da hat sich Krk noch auf die Saison vorbereitet und das ein oder andere hatte zu. Der Pool war aber warm genug, ebenso wie das Meer. Super war auch der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter sowie mit dem „Verwalter“ vor Ort: Super freundlich und unkompliziert!

Unser Aufenthalt war perfekt. Es hat alles gepasst. Man kann gut den ganzen Tag dort verbringen. Der Salzwasserpool ist genial. Kaum salzig, kein Chlorgeruch. Die Zimmer und Bäder sind grosszügig und modern. Alles sehr sauber. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter sowie dem Verwalter vor Ort war unkompliziert und freundlich. Wir empfehlen die Villa weiter.

Erholsamer Urlaub
Wir waren mit 2 Familie in der Villa Orchidea. Alles is genau wie im Inserat beschrieben. Dank der vielen Badezimmer hatte jede Familie ihren privaten Bereich. Der wunderschöne Pool, das Haus, das Interieur waren sehr gepflegt und sauber. Jedes Zimmer verfügt über eine Klimaanlage die individuell gesteuert werden kann. Die Nachbarschaft ist sehr ruhig. Zum Strand braucht man zu Fuß mindestens 20 Minuten, mit kleinen Kindern und vielen Badesachen eher ungünstig. Wer einen entspannten Urlaub in einem absolut gepflegtem Haus sucht ist hier genau richtig. Der Kontakt zu Herrn Juric und den Verwaltern vor Ort war sehr nett und völlig komplikationslos. Wir können diese Villa uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Tolles Haus mit Salzwasserpool! Muss man unbedingt kennenlernen!
Wir haben als Familie (5 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder, 1 und 3 Jahre, im Juni zwei Wochen Urlaub in diesem schönen Haus verbracht. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und sehr darum bemüht seinen Gästen eine schöne Urlaubszeit zu ermöglichen. Wir haben uns sehr gut aufgehoben und betreut gefühlt. Wir haben das Haus exakt so vorgefunden, wie in der Beschreibung dargestellt. Die Schlafzimmer und Bäder im oberen Stockwerk waren für uns perfekt. Jedes Zimmer im Haus hat ein Klimagerät, was wir auch ordentlich nutzen mussten, denn es war schon ziemlich heisses Wetter. Das Wohnzimmer haben wir eigentlich nur abends genutzt, denn die meiste Zeit waren wir draussen, wo wir auch u.a. alle Mahlzeiten eingenommen haben. Auch für die beiden Kleinkinder war das Haus geeignet. Wir hatten ein extra Babybett und zwei Hochstühle und Kindergeschirr/Besteck. Besonders begeistert waren wir vom Pool! Salzwasserpool - das kannten wir bisher noch nicht und sind nun restlos überzeugt. Kaum salzig, kein Chlorgeruch und keine rote Augen! Perfekt für unseren dreijährigen, der in diesem Urlaub das Tauchen für sich entdeckt hat. Das Haus liegt sehr günstig und ruhig, mit Meerblick, nahe zum Ort, Hafen und Badebucht. Auch Geschäfte (ein riesiger Plodine) sind in kürzester Zeit zu erreichen. Wir haben schöne Tage dort verbracht (mal wieder ging alles viel zu schnell vorüber) und können dieses Haus weiterempfehlen! Tolle Villa mit wunderschönem Ausblick
Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in der Villa sehr genossen. Angefangen von der gepflegten Außenanlage inklusive Pool, den modern eingerichteten Zimmern und der gut ausgestatteten Küche bis hin zum tollen Ausblick auf das Meer von 2 Schlafzimmern im 1. Stock. Von der kleinen Terrasse im oberen Stockwerk lassen sich auch die Sonnenuntergänge wunderschön beobachten. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett, zuvorkommend und kam uns sowohl bei der Anreise als auch der Abreise uhrzeitmäßig entgegen. Er stellte für unsere Kleinen Hochstühle, Reisebetten und Geschirr zur Verfügung. Die Lage ist ruhig, Supermärkte und die kleine Ortschaft lassen sich schnell mit dem Auto als auch gut zu Fuß (wenn auch etwas bergig ;)) erreichen. Insgesamt eine klasse Unterkunft!

Traumhafte Anlage für Familienurlaub
Wir hatten einen traumhaften Urlaub mit der ganzen Familie. Die Anlage ist perfekt für Familien mit und ohne Kinder, wir hatten kaum ein Verlangen dort weg zu gehen. Großer plus Punkt der 9 Meter lange Salzwasser Pool perfekt zum schwimmen. Sehr gute und gepflegte Außenanlage wie eine sehr geräumige, modernen Innenberreich. Nochmal ein Dankeschön An den Vermieter auch dafür das gewisse Grundnahrungsmittel schon vorhandem waren.

Gelungener Urlaub
Das Objekt ist absolut sauber und es ist alles vorhanden, was das Urlaub Herz begehrt. Das ganze Haus und dessen Einrichtung ist absolut appetitlich. Von zwei der Schlafzimmer hat man einen wundervollen Blick aufs Meer und den Pool. Das Haus liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Lage und man kann sich bestens am Pool erholen. Dennoch sind Supermärkte oder Restaurants innerhalb von ein paar Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Der Inhaber Vanja ist sehr zuvorkommend und kümmert sich um alle Interessen seiner Gäste. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt und würden dieses Haus aufjedenfall nochmal buchen.

Alles zoals afgebeeld en beschreven. Vriendelijke ontvangst door eigenaar. Dicht bij de supermarkten en de zee. De kinderen vonden het zwembad top. Twee mountainbikes aanwezig. Mooi nieuw huis van alles voorzien. Tuin en huis zijn zeer goed onderhouden. Een aanrader.

Traumhaftes Wetter und eine Wohlfühlunterkunft
Wir waren 2 Familien mit insgesamt 4 Kindern. Jede Familie hatte ihren eigenen Bereich (es gibt insgesamt 4 Zimmer), dazu noch Essküche, Wohnzimmer, Fitnessraum und 3 Bäder (2 sind unmittelbar an den jeweiligen Schlafraum angebunden). Vom Obergeschoss aus konnte man das Meer sehen. Zu Fuß ist man einigermaßen schnell in der Stadt, mit den Haus-eigenen Rädern geht es aber deutlich schneller. :) Wir haben die Ferien genossen.

Dieses Haus ist einfach perfekt! Es ist alles vorhanden bis ins kleinste Detail! Sehr tolle Poolanlage! Super Ausblick, Gute Lage, 15min. ins Zentrum und Stand! Vermieter ist sehr bemüht, dass es an nichts fehlt und kümmert sich um alles! Kann man wirklich nur weiterempfehlen!
